I recently ordered an attar, and i had a really nice experience with their team. They were very cooperative and genuinely helpful in understanding my preferences. I shared the kind of fragrance I like, and they suggested some really good options. Would definitely recommend.

Rose and other attar are genuinely pure , strictly if you need for religious rituals, don't look anywhere else , and other daily use attars, they are long lasting awesome fragrance, you can feel it us pure 100% authentic without any impurities or chemical, highly recommended A+++

Exceptional products. Authentic attars. Carefully packaged and great to offer as gifts since items are provided with good quality looking boxes/packaging.
Although I was disappointed at first due to delayed delivery and missing items, it turned out that the customer service was positively pro active and efficient. Solutions were find and a follow up provided. Mistakes can be made, we are all human. What matters to me as a customer is how this matter is handled by the company. Here I give a five star !

In my second order I bought Sandalwood Oil (12 ml) and Sandalwood Attar (6 ml) from Kannauj Attar, and both products were disappointing. The 6 ml bottle is same size as a 6 ml Majmua bottle but reads 12 ml! The fragrances smell synthetic - nothing like real sandalwood. In fact the sandalwood oil at INR3149 is not cheap but smells like rancid mineral oil.

Bela was strong but still had an artificial smell. The only good product was Majuma.

My earlier order also had issues: the Jasmine Attar separated into an oil and watery layer, and received no response from customer care email. Many fragrances no longer use real sandalwood oil as a carrier. I have pictures but unable to post them here.

The worst part: there is no customer support. Their email bounces, the website contact option gets no reply, and there is no phone number listed.

Overall, Kannauj Attar has inconsistent unreliable quality and zero customer service. I cannot recommend them.

1)MItti Attar Smells like Ayurveda medicine
2)Ruh Khus Attar I smelled then I got a vomiting sensation
3)jasmine attar no smell.
4)Rose attar smells like Lux Soap
5)Shammam Attar smells like mixed sit

Friends don't buy attars if are interested to go and buy attar at the shop only

Attars by this popular company are certainly something not to miss out. Very unique and full of nature experience. It doesn't feel like smelling a scent but it's like your are directly smelling flowers. I order rose, jasmine and blue lotus. excellent lasting, beautiful packaging, 2 in wooden box and one in premium cardboard box. A perfect choice in premium gifting range.
