Terrible experience. Stay away
Had a terrible experience with Baraka, sent me to climb a mountain without breakfast, food, enough water or a rain jacket, the guy never even sent me a proper itinerary. He is not a guide, just a broker who brings clients and match them with other vendors, he did not spend a day with me and the "guide" he sent me with barely spoke English and was only a driver. I had to cancel my trip with this company in one point and to find a different guide in the middle of Rwanda. Absolutely not recommended and I regret using this company for my Rwanda and Uganda trip.

Planning your tour in our country should be an exciting and stress-free process, and I am saddened to hear that we have fallen short of our usual standards on this occasion. We really do pride ourselves on the level of service that we offer our clients and are so sorry that this has not been reflected in the communication that you have received.
There was Fighting Going on Around in Congo, the border to Rwanda were Closed, that why we couldn't give you a driver guide who speaks English, All our Guides were in the City of Goma, that came myself to meet you and leave you a driver to drive you at volcanoes National Park, I failed to get you a guide who speaks English at short notice.
About your Packed food, the hotel management told us that the food and your Drinking water was ready but the driver forgot to pick it.
We Extremely say Sorry again. I would love the opportunity to discuss this further and put things right so please do let me know if you would like me to call you directly.
