Spoke to a helpful person on the phone just before the Christmas shutdown. Promised a same day dispatch if I ordered promptly and that is exactly what happened, fire bowl delivered next day, fantastic, and what a great product with accessories, a perfect replacement for an old bowl rusted through. Ed and his team were absolute legends. They managed to sort out a Canvas tent for us on the last day before the festival was about to start.

I would give him 6 stars if available.

Big size comfortable stay and the fairy lights made it just a little cozier. Friendly helpful owner🤗

The customer service was so bad I ended up having to send the item back.

Apparently unable to send goods out on schedule, or answer emails or answer the telephone. With a deadline looming for a charity event I ordered an alternative item and when the order from Karma arrived it was too late so it got sent back.

Best avoided, they don't even understand the basics of customer service.

We love our star canopy it looks absolutely amazing set up next to our bell tent and provides a lovely shelter to sit in, eat in and set up an outdoor space. It was incredibly easy to set up too and take down we love it and can’t wait to set up camp again.

What was so amazing is how organised and available Ed the super friendly owner was. I was helped is any way him and his team could, they had spares on hand and the tents are so comfortable

I work 4 days on/ 4 days off. I work away from home, so I can only accept deliveries during my 4 off. With this in mind, and knowing that they advertise next working day delivery, I placed my order on a Friday, expecting delivery on a Monday.

No communication that the order had been processed or any update. I called on Monday afternoon and they hadn't processed the order. So we agreed that they would dispatch the order the following Friday, so I could receive it on Monday. At their request I emailed them so they would have a reminder. Guess what? I got a message from the courier that my parcel had been despatched ON TUESDAY. Meaning it would arrive whilst I was away for work.

Utter incompetence and a major hassle for me.

We bought the really big one and love it. Great service, delivered in person because we had an event. Would use again. Very nice folks, good quality tents.
Barefoot Festival

It is always a joy to have Karma supply, erect and dismantle canvas tents for our Glastonbury camping experience.
They arrive, get on with what they know best and return after the guests have left to leave us with a clean tidy and area.

The tent was delivered quickly and efficiently, and looks absolutely fine. The only reason I've not given five stars is that I haven't had chance to try it out yet.

I'm gutted to be writing this review. Last year we used their festival service and were impressed, so we booked it again this year, nice and early this time! Unfortunately, a couple of weeks ago, they emailed us to tell us our accommodation was cancelled due to their contract with the festival not being renewed. They neglected to say this decision was made in January! So we should have been told then, not 4 weeks before we were supposed to be leaving for the festival. To add insult to injury, they also kept £10 from our refund as a 'transaction fee' and have not responded to our emails about the situation. Terrible service from Karma Canvas that has completely tainted our experience in the run-up to the festival.
