Karmasoft is the best software for yoga studios. Affordable pricing and once you learn how to use it everything is streamlined and easy. It looks super professional on my site. The best part about it is the customer support. Roody’s 1:1 support made my experience really good, and on top of that there are a ton of videos to watch on the software helpdesk that explains everything. I am so happy I didn’t choose the bigger companies that charge way too much and don’t have the support like karmasoft. I was recommended to use this software by two very successful studios and I am happy I listened.

Having used a broad range of yogo studio applications - I find karmasoft all about the studio owner and not about the student. I continually have to cancel a class TWICE - once online on the web and once in the app. BUG. There is no place to review the class you just had, so teachers do not receive student feedback. You have to book every single class one by one, rather than apply your week schedule and manage the exceptions. I find the other apps more geared to support students.

The company owner helps me with anything urgent right away and we have been happy with the service over the years. I am happy to hear there will be more timely help with less urgent issues in the near future. Easy, intuitive, and they listen to ideas an implement feedbacks for improvements every year.

Karmasoft is user friendly, provides a personal service experience and allows access to make adjustments to my studio at any time and NO additional cost. The price point is relative to my client base. The Karmasoft Team is responsive to any request for assistance.

I used other products prior to Karmasoft. Karmasoft provides a personal touch that compliments the personal service offered in our studio.

Everything I need to run our yoga studio with ease is here. I can teach my teachers how to check in students in minutes. Love this software.

Terrible support when trying to deal with a system problem.

Easy to use and customer support satisfying.

I switched over from another company last year and Rudolph was really helpful getting me set up. When issues arise or if I don't quite understand how to do something, he's very helpful in walking me through it. There are still some hiccups, but nothing that can't be resolved. It's a pretty intuitive system and there are a lot of ways you can promote your studio etc. It's financially much more reasonable than the other service we were using.

what makes Karmasoft GREAT is Roody! In the five years that I've been using KarmaSoft, he is ALWAYS available to answer questions and solve any issues I may encounter along the way. His level of service is as good OR BETTER than anything I've ever experienced when using other studio software in the past. I would recommend Karma Soft to any studio owner.
