So happy I learned of Karoo
I greatly appreciated the ease of applying and the reasonable interest rate to the loan. The only added comment would be to recognize that an individuals paycheque could be split amongst two different accounts/banks; therefore my application took longer only because this added information was supplied separately. In addition because my credit union was not available for direct link to review, I had to supply statement’s separately by email. It was not a big deal to do that, just something to incorporate if we as applicants do not fit into the typical application process. I highly recommend this new option for personal loans most notably due to the reasonable interest rate and lending period.

I received a pre-approved loan promo…
I received a pre-approved loan promo from this platform, I looked at the reviews and decided to pursue with the application. However once I completed and uploaded all my personal informations including, bank info, ID ,… I received an email that we don’t operate on Saskatchewan. I asked to removed my information from their database, they said they keep part of it according to their policy. Very strange and untrustworthy to my opinion.

You originally applied using an address in British Columbia. After you completed your application, you notified us that you had moved to Saskatchewan, where unfortunately we do not currently operate, and so we were unable to accept your application.
Following your request to delete the data you provided to us, we deleted your ID document and banking data from our system. However, we are required to maintain some minimum records for regulatory and audit purposes, so we were unable to delete other data related to your application.
I hope this helps resolve any confusion around your application,
