DONT SHOP HERE!! They don’t advertise it anywhere during the shopping process but allllll items are non-refundable. Even ones that aren’t custom. I made an order, paid extra for fast shipping and they provide an estimated arrival date. They didn’t even ship it until after the arrival date so I didn’t have my products in time for a trip so I contacted them 3 times to cancel. You only get a bot response. When someone finally reached out two weeks later they decide to tell you everything is non refundable. When you pay for the MagSafe it’s just a sticker you have to put on yourself. I got a clear case and it literally doubles the width of my phone. It’s comically horrible. Stay the heck away from this company. Buy a $10 case on Amazon and run the heck away from these scammers.
I’m trying to dispute with my credit card since there is no way I’m spending $140 on this junk. And I’ll be reporting them to the better business bureau in Canada.

It has been 10 days since I ordered my tablet case. It was supposed to be here 4 days ago, according to the tracking. Sent an email and got a response that is obviously written by a bot. Ridiculous. Customer service does not exist with this company.

Update - August 3rd: I had emailed again asking when it would be here since it had been 2 weeks. They refunded me.

Received a defective product with several manufacturer flaws, which was acknowledged by customer service (creasing in the faux leather material before the folio case was ever used, smeared paint on the front, warped print along the free edge with extra faded paint along the entire edge as well). The website is inconsistent with their polices and does state that "no refunds are possible unless the product is defective." Even if there is a defect, they will not allow a refund and will send a replacement instead despite poor quality at a $50 price point for a folio case.

Customer service is awful. I only get bot replies back when I attempt to contact them about my order.

Unfortunately, the worst purchase I have ever made. It took forever to ship, and only shipped after I disputed the charge with my bank. Mediocre customer service. But the worst part is that the case is completely unusable as there is no way to secure the phone onto it and the print has a visible flaw. Total waste of money

I’ve ordered online and purchased at there store in Laval. Great service and nice to encourage a Québec brand
