Ordered 2 cat sweaters via Facebook, When received they did not look anything like what was ordered,,,,low quality and the material was terrible. Tried to contact the company but when we finally got a phone number no one answered and the mailbox was full. I finally looked at the reviews online after getting a security alert when I tried to go to the web site. My Avast security software and my Web Alert software did not allow a connection and stated it was likely a scam site. I regret not trying to get to some reviews before ordered. No success in getting info on how to return the items. It was wasted money.

Coat i ordered was not what I received. Was nothing that was advertised would not have given them a star but I could not give a review. And the dress that I bought was very cheesy when I received it. Will not do business again this is fraudulent advertising.

Buyer BEWARE!!!! Gross misrepresentation of product. Beautiful knitted sweaters that are shown is not what I received. Instead, they were cheap sweat shirts with poorly printed design.
Also, prices listed in Cdn $. But, after payment sent $ is suddenly US currency & exchange rate added increasing cost substantially.
If, I had known prior to paying that it was a Chinese company, I never would have ordered.
In my opinion, this is a scam operation.

I love the selection and colors. There is so many more items I would like to get after I get these items.

Je regrette d'avoir laissé un avis favorable pour KASPERFIT avant d'avoir reçu les 2 premiers articles car pensant avoir commandé des pulls tricotés j'ai reçu 2 tee-shirts dessinés de mauvaise qualité et mal coupés. En plus j'ai acheté une taille trop petite par rapport aux photos et je pense qu'il ne sera pas possible de faire un échange à défaut d'être remboursée.Ces marques chinoises sont de pures arnaques.On ne peut mêmepas les joindre d'après ma protection PC le contenue est potentiellement indésirable.Je ne comprends pas comme TRUSPILOT laisse passer de telles arnaques.Tout ce qui passe sur INSTAGRAM n'est vraiment pas fiable et je n'achèterai plus rien sur ce réseau pas sérieux. C'est honteux. d'arnaquer les pauvres clients.Malheureusement j'ai commandé d'autres articles très beaux sur les photos qui ne correspondent pas à ce que l'on reçoit.

Purchased what I believed to be a knitted jumper withe embroidery details to receive this morning a printed thing if a hoody poorly printed not knitted rough to the touch disgusted
Do go near them just wish I had seen the comments before purchase

Les vestes commandées ne correspondent en rien aux modèles proposés : les chiens ou chats ne sont nullement en relief comme proposés et la matière des vestes ne contient aucune matière chaude .

While their catalog of products is beautiful, the actual product is horrible. I thought I was paying for a knit sweater with an embossed knit cat on it and pearl-like ornamentation. Instead, I received a sweatshirt with a badly printed cat. It looked nothing like the sweater I believed I was ordering. And the shipping time was excessive. It was a very disappointing purchase. I would love to have returned it for a refund, but I don’t trust that would happen.

The products you are offering are intriguing and well priced. If the sweater I ordered is as advertised I will definitely order more (different) products.

I ordered two sweaters, and when they arrived, it had no resemblance to what was advertised. Also they ran ridiculously small. On top of that that says they'll do refund no questions as kind of thing you know if you're not satisfied. I've been going back-and-forth with them and first they offer me 20% refund and keep them then they offer me 40% off refund and keep them now the final offer I send them back they'll refund me but I have to pay the postage. Imagine what the cost is to send these two sweaters back to China not worth it so I will be going to my bank to reverse the charges on my credit card. Please do not order from Kasperfit, you will not get what was represented in the photos.

Poor quality merchandise and way overpriced for the cheap fabric used and sizing is ridiculously small .... A 2XL barely a size 8 female??? Terrible customer service and would never recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company is a scam. Once you confirm sale you learn it’s China. Product pictured and described as sweaters, came as cheap nylon sweatshirts with a print on them. I believe that they know this and are a scam to make money on shipping if you return.
They make you ship to China at your expense. Then take out tariff and shipping from any refund. Just charge back and don’t mess with it. If you accidentally order from them? It’s ugly trying for a refund. Don’t order. If you do and get unadvertised product? Contest charge.

The top I ordered is nothing like its suppose to look like and the material is the cheapest of cheap. I sized up one size and the sleeves don't even fit. It had beautiful kitties on the sweatshirt I ordered and on this top I got in the mail, the kitties look animated and creepy. Kasperfit is a scam company. I've tried to reach them by email and no luck. Can someone help me? Can I call the company?
