Waited over a week and heard nothing. I emailed, messaged them on IG, and nothing, no response. A few days after they cancelled my order with no reason, no apology, nothing. I don’t recommend.

So far, so good. I have not received my glasses back from the optical shop yet. Once I get them back, I can better rate the overall quality.
Customer service was good and they helped me find a coupon code. That was great.

I purchased eyeglasses many months ago
I purchased eyeglasses many months ago. When I recently saw the eye doctor she said these frames would not work for my prescription. I contacted Kaussal and asked if there was any chance he would except a return. With no heisitation he said I could return the glasses with a refund. He was the greatest to work with. I clearly knows customer service.

Dear Zachery,
We investigated your order and our records indicate that it was shipped out within hours of your order (we can provide proof/tracking information). Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 shipping times do get delayed and we do not have any control over it.
Based on our conversation, all eyeglasses sold by us and most retailers come equipped with “Demo Lenses.” These lenses are made out of recycled soft plastic which can easily get scratched or scuffed. These lenses are non-prescription. They will also have branding/writing on the lenses to prevent customers from wearing the glasses like that. These demo lenses are meant to be placeholders for your local optometrist and/or eyewear store to replace with actual lenses.
Please note that the only time you will not have to change the lenses is when the eyeglass is a fashion eyeglass or when lenses are Blue Light Blocking (special order).
We apologize for any misunderstanding. We understand that buying eyewear may be tricky with all the different options that are available. I hope that we were able to explain all of this over the phone when we spoke.
As mentioned over the phone, we are happy to take the item back and give you a full refund if you are unhappy. We also offered you a discount for your next purchase and the offer still stands. Unfortunately, you rejected the offer and did not wish to be contacted.
