When he was hosting my buddies server he was always a ahhhole about everything wouldnt do anything.

very disrespectful dev, wont listen to what the people are telling him to do for there city, low temper and very low availability to those that need him

WARNING – Unprofessional & Malicious Behavior

After I switched to a different VPS provider, the previous provider clearly wasn’t happy about losing a client. Not long after I moved, my new server started getting hit with DDoS attacks.

Funny how the attacks only started the moment I left.

Instead of acting professionally, they chose to behave like a child. Trying to sabotage someone’s server because they decided to take their business elsewhere is pathetic and completely unacceptable.

If you can’t handle losing a customer, you shouldn’t be running a hosting business.

This kind of behavior shows a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. People deserve reliable service — not revenge attacks when they decide to switch providers.

Be very careful who you trust with your server.

I paid for KAT NET Servers both for hosting and for some development work and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My city/server went down multiple times every single day while I had their services.

I paid up front for three weeks of dev work, and the developer barely worked for a week and a half before disappearing. Not only that he was rude to me and to my player community and admins. Then to make it even worse, he locked me out of my own VPS after being fully paid up for 20 more days .

The service, the attitude, and the quality were all absolutely unacceptable.
Terrible person. Terrible service. Terrible developer.
then we moved and he is now DDosing our current server

Huge EGO trip, terrible dev doesnt work with the admins and throws major fit when something doesnt go his way. Over priced asf, i wish i can give 0 stars or even - stars trash server dev+ Got me killed twice in World of Warcraft

When I used Shane‘s hosting the first day, he accidentally wiped my server from the VPS, and then the second day the VPS was completely down until he woke up, and then I ended up canceling and came to find out that the server was wiped again by accident because he was using one VPS to host everyone’s SQL. It was a super weird set up but anyway anyways I do not recommend.

Got referred to by a friend of mine that uses Kat-Net and i was in need of a VPS host for my server. i decided to give Kat-Net a try and holy is it ever good and the prices are cheaper than any other hosting service I've come across online. i 100% would get if you're undecided.

Very good and quick. Asked for help and within 5 minutes i was on a call getting it fixed

I was told about Kat Net by a friend. They gave me a killer deal. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you need them they are there to help. I wouldnt go anywhere else. I host 2 servers off them. They know what they are doing.

I was with another hosting company for 3 years. Their favorite thing was to not help. Then I was referred to Kat Net. So I said screw it. Let me send a message. Kats response was immediate followed up by a “I can have your entire server transferred tonight”. Not only did he transfer my server. But he answered every single one of my dumb questions lol. He was extremely fast, professional, and listened to everything I had to say. Coming from a hosting server where I couldn’t get a ticket answered with in 3-4 hours and going to a host that joined a call with me to better assist me was shocking

If you or anyone you know is looking for high quality servers for the best price? Look no where else besides Kat. They will take care of you and your community. Don’t let those other host that randomly shut you off and miss advertise their servers fool you. This is a one stop shop for you and your community.

Me n my friend been using katnet for a while prices are affordable the support services very well n I really appreciate the service n recommend it.

Horrible service owner stole our money and then proceeded to kick us out of our account. We don’t recommend this service at all there servers are down most of the time and are super slow don’t waste money they lie about prices.

If I could give 10 stars I would, Would Highly recommend if needing a server, or VPS or just basic help in general with computers
