Katamu Reviews

My experience was rough at first because of the waiting of the delivery but I re assure you, the wait is so worth it, the packaging for me was amazing, the quality and the durability on the belt is something ive never seen and felt before, in general katamu is an excellent company and I recommend it.

This belt is amazing. The customer service was super helpful and it shipped super fast! Highly recommend!

Horrible shopping experience three weeks waiting for delivery, customer service does not respond very bad experience I do not recommend it!!

Love this bag. I am able to keep everything organized and travel with it for work. Also love how it came with the dividers and wet bags you would usually have to purchase separately.

The quality of their products are top-notch!

I’ve been really impressed with the Core Duffel Bag. The size is perfect for the gym and there’s plenty of storage to keep everything organized without the bag feeling overly bulky. I can easily separate my lifting gear, accessories, and other gym essentials, and I especially like how securely it holds my lifting belt.

The overall quality feels great too. It feels durable, well thought out, and like it was actually designed by people who understand what you need in a gym bag. The compartments make it easy to find what I need instead of having everything thrown together in one big space.

If I had one suggestion, I’d love to see it offered in a few different colors in the future. That said, black is always a solid choice and looks clean.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with it. Great storage, great organization, solid quality, and definitely a bag I’ll be using for a long time.

The bag arrived quickly, wrapped securely, and I was surprised at the thickness of material, and ruggedness of the zippers. It has more than enough storage to carry water, supplements or the like. Lots of small spaces to for my keys, wallet, and misc. Thanks!

Great quality gym bag. Well designed with all the right pockets and compartments you need while in the gym. It covers all needs while training.

The belt is perfect! Nice support. Ive hit 4 PRs already and have had it less than a month. It is legit the perfect belt for deadlifts. Next up is the adjustable lever!

Very great customer support, very understanding and easy to talk to. Would definitely recommend this brand to any new and current gym people

I don’t often write reviews. The quality of Katamu is top notch & their customer service is even better. It’s a breath of fresh air to buy from a brand that cares for the entire experience. If you were previously unsure of buying I hope this shines some light on your decision. Will be buying from Katamu from now on.

They were so great about exchanging the belt for a different size- friendly, fast, and super helpful. This belt is a gift for my son and he is thrilled with it.

My message to Katamu through their website was answered promptly and professionally. Dominic was extremely polite, understanding, and helpful. My issue was resolved within 24 hours. I am very happy. I have not seen my purchase yet, but if it’s anything like the customer service, I’m sure it’ll be phenomenal.

service was great they always get back to you same day so if there’s any issues there are resolved quickly, they are really understanding. The product to game out way better than expected the images in the straps and belt look really good and look like they’ll be on there for a while. I would definitely recommend ordering from katamu best lifting gear

I recently bought a belt and the adjustable lever buckle. After about six months of use the pin fell out so I emailed Katamu and they were willing to send me a whole new lever belt buckle for free. I absolutely love my belt and will forever chose Katamu.

i have a 31in waist and got a medium. at first i was frustrated that the belt wouldnt close and i was scared i wasted my money. however after about 20-30 minutes of bending the leather and trying to get the right fit it closed and i went to the gym to try it out. the belt worked amazing! i hit a 15 lb deadlift pr after having just hit my last pr 3 days ago. felt safer and more stable. the belt looked and worked amazing. 10/10

AMAZING belt and even more amazing customer service. when I had a problem with my belt lever, they were quick to assess the issue and send me a replacement! fantastic company and i WILL be buying again 💕💪

Super high quality belt. Love it!

Harvey with Customer service. Don’t get me started. I had an issue and the customer service had a replacement shipped to me in NO TIME AT ALL. They did not hassle me or give me a hard time they basically said “you’re not happy, let’s fix that” I couldn’t be more grateful.
The belt and wraps are both Top Notch. 1 million percent would buy again.

Harvey was very attentive and helpful reassuring me throughout my costumer service venture thank you Katamu for making it easy!
