Katchakid Reviews

Matt was great. We needed help this year to put on our 11 year old cover that by the way is still is great shape. He had to replace a couple extensions hooks but was done in less than hour time on a large pool. Much quicker than my husband & I doing it together and he made it look a lot easier!! Matt was early for the appt, very polite, kind and professional. Will gladly pay to have this done again next year. Thank you for a great job, Matt!!!!

Matt was great! Efficient and explained the whole set up. Helped me figure out where to best put the door and cleaned up the area afterwards!

I was worried about my grandchildren and their friends around my pond, yet I know this will not be forever, as they get older. I loved the idea of being able to remove the net so easily. Now when the grandchildren are over I can use it, but when it's only adults we can enjoy the pond without the net. Perfect solution.
Rogelio came and installed the net and explained how to use it. He was professional and did a great job. I am very pleased with the look and the safety aspect. My pond is beautiful and safe now for all ages to enjoy! Thank you Katchakid and Rogelio!

Katchakid did a great job with our removable pool fence. Matt was thorough and professional! He gave good instructions and advice and I would recommend him for any pool project.

Matt did an excellent job with the pool cover installation. He was friendly and professional. It’s going to save me so much time and work cleaning my pool during the winter months. I highly recommend getting a pool cover from Katchakid.

From the moment I first spoke with Katchakid Sales Representative, Mason, to the final moment of installation of my Katchakid Pool Net by Chris, Fabian and Carlos, this has been a most positive experience! I'm new to pool ownership and want to know that my grandchildren would be safe in this environment--Mason was patient and knowledgable and helped guide me to my decision to install a Pool Net. Chris, Fabian and Carlos arrived promptly on installation day, worked steadily, answered questions with a smile, demonstrated removal and reattachment of the net and assured me that I would be able to do this as well. My pool is a lap pool so it's longer than most and a bit more complicated but I'm at peace knowing with the net in place all children will be safe... Katchakid's main goal. Thank you each one for your excellent customer service and professionalism. I couldn't be happier! 💯

Matt was great to work with! He was able to install the pool net the way I was hoping (not covering our waterfall). And he gave us a thorough walkthrough of how to use the net. Thanks again Matt!

The installer Rogelio made it simple on how to put on and takeoff. I had it on on Halloween and I felt very safe with all the little kiddos running around. Such great peace of mind and it only takes my husband and I 10 minutes to remove and maybe 10 minutes to put on well worth it!

Matt was very professional and personable. He was very knowledgeable in the product and how to explain it effectively to me. He also explained the ins and outs of the installation of the product. Every question I asked was met with precise answers relayed to me where I could understand. I feel you have a great asset to your company with this man

I am changing my original review because this company will not contact me after 2 phone calls and my cover is not working to keep leaves out of my pool which is why I got this cover. I’ve emailed as well. So disappointing to treat customers this way.

Very thorough, helpful, and friendly

Matt did a great job installing the new pool cover and also showing me how to put it on and remove it. Excellent communication and people skills.

Matt was punctual, professional, and really took the time to help me be aware of how to operate the cover. He took extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the process and even walked me through a couple of scenarios. I would highly recommend him and Katchakid for the quality of work and service.

The pool cover looks great! Katchakid has been easy to work with and their staff very friendly! Matt came to install our new cover and I was shown everything I need to know for removing and putting it back on. Thank you for making this experience a good one!

Great job installing and explaining everything.

The crew that came out was very professional and explained in detail exactly what they were going to do. Matt came out today to install the pool cover and demonstrated the steps for installing and removing the pool cover. He even suggested that I record the steps on my cell phone in the event I needed it for assistance. Thanks for your work Matt.

Rogelio did a great job installing my fence. He discussed the placement with me prior and made sure I was happy with everything. The fence looks great and was reasonably priced.

We have used Katchakid twice in the last year and technician Rogelio was superb. He dealt masterfully with all the anomalies encountered including some reshaping after reconstruction.
Great company. Busy, so book early.
