Katchakid Reviews

Appreciate the hard work in the hot sun. Done in a day with care and functional education!

I love my new pool cover. It looks great. Cant say enough about our install tech, Matt. He was great. He answered all my questions and showed me all the tips and tricks to make putting the cover on and off a breeze. I'm looking forward to NOT fishing out leaves this fall.

The fence looks great . Great job !!!thanks

Beautiful quality pool cover and our installer Andrew was beyond exceptional. He is a master of his craft. Super impressed with the entire experience from scheduling to completion. Highly recommend Katchakid pool covers. Wish we had ordered one years ago.

The product exceeded expectations. The service installer, Matt, was detailed, friendly, diligent, and remarkably communicative. A great experience through out both the sale and the install. Thank you Julie and Matt.

Matt was great. Thanks katchakid for easy and fast process!

Very happy with our Katchakid safety net. We picked the blue and it’s beautiful. Santos did a great job with installation and instructing me on how to use it. First time, took me 4 minutes to remove it and 10 minutes to put it back on.

Incredible Team installation…. Quiet, clean, efficient and perfect instructions. Quality of product is great and no damages to pool deck. This company takes pride in the product and work they do…. Highly recommended. Thank you, hard to find honest and decent services these days.

Andrew and Matt did an excellent job with our new fence. They were polite, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. We appreciate all their hard work.

So happy with Katchakid! Andrew did such an amazing job! it’s looks perfect and was easy from start to finish!

Matt was amazing! We needed our fence rerouted due to an addition of a grill/patio area and he did a fantastic job. He moved the fence a few feet over and moved the gate to a new entry point. You would never know this wasn’t where it had been all along. Great job. Highly recommend using Katcha kid for your pool safety needs.

Katchakid is very professional and installs a quality product. They respond quickly on both phone and email. Payment and install was smooth as were any follow ups. Highly recommend

Just had our pool fence installed by Matt from Katchakid, he was awesome and the fence looks great. It’s very functional and can be removed when needed, which is great. I was going to install a fence myself, but glad I used them since it was a very involved process.

Matt was very professional and did a great job! The fence looks great with the pool!

Rogelio did a great job. He demonstrated to us multiple times how to use the system and didn’t leave until he was sure we understood. He also had a great attitude despite working all day in the sun!
