KB3D is always fast to deliver and has very reasonable prices. Not much else I could wish for.

Easy ordering, ships quickly

KB-3D always to have exactly what I am looking for when I am looking for it. The orders are turned around quickly, and I always get my orders in just 1 or 2 days. I don't have to worry about the quality of what I am ordering it will be exactly as advertised. They are my first place to look for pieces to my 3D printers.

While at Rmrrf I had placed an order for delivery but they only had 3 of the motors, I during the show I spoke with one of them and asked bout holding the order back till they had the 4th one. They were able to do so and it shipped out like a day or two later. Fantastic thanks again!!!!

Ordered an LDO pancake stepper. I appreciated that the data sheets were provided. I was trying to find an LDO match for a different stepper, and KB3D had exactly what I needed.

My second order from KB3D.com and both times everything has been exactly on point. Shipped and delivered on time and exactly what was advertised. Won't hesitate to order again from them. They carry some items you can't find on Amazon or many other places and as everything has went well to this point if it's between KB3D and another site the choice is easy for me. I can't speak to how they resolve problems as I haven't had any.

So far my experience with KB3D has been excellent. Things have shipped within 24 hours of ordering. The products are rather niche and limited but they are ever growing their inventory and what they stock are popular and top-quality items. I am far more comfortable purchasing from them than somewhere abroad and their prices are very competitive. I generally have done my research and know what I want before perusing their storefront. That being said, I really appreciate the extra effort in the descriptions and support information.
