KB Performance Reviews 

I contacted KB Performance as I was stuck in a rutt with my weight. I was going to the gym with no purpose or plan and not really gaining from it. The guys here set me up with a diet plan that was catered to me, and also gave me a workout plan to follow.

The Workout plan gave me more confidence in the gym and gave it a purpose.

The Diet plan went hand in hand with the Workout plan and before you know it was seeing results.

I manage to reach my goal and lose 1 stone in 3 months. (I also had 2 holidays during my plan with KB in which I totally went off the Diet plan and enjoyed myself)

I have used other companies in the past and tried coaches and it just didnt stick with me. Felt like the diets were starving me, but not with KB.

The knowledge I've learnt from KB has set me up to continue this healthier life style and I can't thank them enough. Would highly recommend

Excellent service provided from the start and throughout! Helpful advice and motivational advice when it was needed separates this service from the rest. Couldn’t recommend this service anymore.

I joined KB Performance in March as I needed advice on gaining weight and building more muscle. Since then I have managed to gain 5KG and I am feeling a lot stronger when doing weight training. Jord provided me with an amazing workout plan which included all the different muscle groups, the sets I needed to complete and the amount of reps for each exercise. Zach provided me with a fantastic meal plan diary which included different types of meals that I needed to incorporate daily and this included the calories I had to eat. There was a good range of different food I could choose from. The app was easy to use and being able to add my weight and measurements was simple to do. Jord would check in on me as and when I had a query (and for any other fitness advice). Overall my experience with KB Performance has been amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone who is needing advice on guidance on keeping fit and staying healthy. Keep up the good work lads.

I’m only a week into the programme but so far it’s been amazing. I’ve struggled big time when it comes to nutrition, but the guys at KB Performance have designed a plan that fits in with my work and that’s easy to follow. I’m eating the food I love but in a more controlled way.

The workout side of things has opened my eyes too. I’ve been going to the gym for years now but the programme has shown me a different side to working out and I’m really enjoying it.

The whole programme is tailored to me and you can tell there’s a lot of hard work that goes on in the background. The app is great too, it’s good to have something like that where you can access what you need in one click. The lads are brilliant, feels like they take the time to understand your needs and like they really care.

If you’re like me and have struggled a bit with nutrition or you’re stuck in a rut, I throughly recommend KB Performance. I’m really happy to be back in control of my nutrition and I can’t believe sit to see where this ends up (Mr Olympia 🤣).

Im not one to write reviews but I couldn't not do one for KB performance. Since the day signing up I've had support from Jordan and Zach from every angle, they have been with me every step of the way in coaching me to get into shape and seeing results that I have never seen in before. Gaining confidence and more motivation in day to day routine since joining and looking forward to see the end result. Cant recommend enough!!
