Korzystam z badania MR dosyć często.Jestem bardzo zadowolona z miłej atmosfery.Panie w rejestracji są pomocne i przemiłe.Badanie mija w super atmosferze , ponieważ pan Damian to sympatyczny i miły człowiek 😃

My name is Lydia Fegaly and I come from Serbia. I had to undergo a laparoscopic PLDD and RIN operation on my spine which proved to be one of the best options after having several opinions from local Neurosurgeons.

I would like to use this opportunity to thank Professor Stanislaw Kweik, Dr. Krzysztof Suszynski and the International Patient Coordinator Ms. Widyane for the Incredible treatment that they have provided me at the KCM Clinic in Jelenia Góra. Ms. Widyane was impeccable in organising a contact for my diagnosis with Prof. Kweik. My spine operation was swift and pinaless and provided and instant relief from the severe pain that I have endured duringthe past 10 years.

Ms. Widyane also made sure that all pre and post operation communication and follow up was prompt, professional and mainly kind and friendly which made me feel quite safe and comfortable, and has given me a sense of security that I am being directed to a very professional, kind and responsible team.

I would also like to shed light on the high level expertise of spinal Neurosurgeon Prof. Kweik and his magical hands, resilience and untidiness to operate on multiple patients in one day -which fascinated me- let alone his resilience and agility to follow up will all patients till late night hours. His renounced specialty in Minimally Invasive Neurosurgery of the Spine is a legacy set to help patients get back to their normal lives in the shortest and most effective way possible.

On the other hand, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the incredible physiotherapy that I have received from -the very kind man- who was present on my spine operation Dr. Krzysztof Suszynski. Dr. Suszynski is a very attentive and eminent physiotherapist whose care for his patients is shown in he explains the healing process with regards to post surgical movement-related problems, creating personalized plans through exercises, to restore function, manage pain, and improve mobility, enabling patients to live more independently after injury, surgery, or due to chronic conditions. Dr. Suszynski is a significant physiotherapist who has made a remarkable progress in my recovery journey.

Finally, my sincere recommendation is to feel safe to contact the KCM medical team for their professional work, genuine help and support such as the one I experienced with respected Ms. Widyane, DR. Krzysztof Suszynski and Professor Stanislaw Kweik.

Miałam robione dwa zabiegi gastroskopię i blokadę diagnostyczną. Jestem zadowolona z obsługi i efektu zabiegu. Bardzo miła obsługa polecam.

Profesjonalizm na każdym kroku od recepcji do personelu medycznego jestem naprawdę pod wrażeniem

Zarówno Doktor Dawiskiba, Doktor Ostrowski jak i reszta personelu na bloku operacyjnym, oddziale oraz w rejestracji bardzo profesjonalni, mili, cierpliwi oraz rzetelni. Pomogli ze stresem przed znieczuleniem, uspokoili a także bardzo szybko zareagowali na ból po wybudzeniu dzięki czemu poczułam się bardzo zaopiekowana. Jestem bardzo zadowolona i polecam 🫶

I was a patient from the UK and done my due diligence on this clinic and through the recommendation via Thera Travel as a high class clinic. However, I was not only bitterly disappointed I was not treated with respect by the nursing staff. I was talked at and not to. I had a terrible two days stay and not looked after properly. They didn’t offer me a drink till the morning of my leaving and they gave me cold food to eat. If it wasn’t for my partner I don’t know how I would have coped. I had uncomfortable nights in their room bed and was left with black bruising (I have pics of this) I couldn’t wait to leave. Although I had knee replacement surgery I virtually ran out of the ward and back to the hotel. I never went back for physio. It was so awful at the clinic I’m having therapy now as I cannot sleep due to my experience.

Zdecydowanie polecam usługi KCM Clinic. Miałam okazję wykonać tam zabieg i jestem zadowolona z efektów oraz poprawy komfortu życia.

Moje doświadczenie z KCM Clinic było od początku do końca na najwyższym poziomie. Otrzymałam szczegółowe informacje, szybkie odpowiedzi na pytania i pełne wsparcie organizacyjne.

Klinika jest nowoczesna, bardzo czysta i świetnie wyposażona. Personel medyczny wykazał się ogromnym profesjonalizmem oraz empatią.

Miałem ostatnio wykonywane dwa zabiegi w klinice i jestem bardzo zadowolony z organizacji oraz obsługi rejestracji szpitalnej.

Bardzo dobre podejście do pacjenta.

It is with a heavy heart I write this and wished I had seen the negative reviews, , where I can see many, including fellow Brits/ North Americans I met in the corridors of the KCM Clinic Jelania Gora.

My journey:-
Spinal Fusion S1/L5/L4

A choice of a 2 year wait on NHS, £24k private in UK or operation abroad, to which I narrowed down to KCM Jelania Gora due to price.

I had agreed with KCM agencies, paid my deposit, for a PLIF ( Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion ) however one week before operation my UK based International Patients Manager got in touch with me to say the surgeon ( Prof Kwiek ) had revisited my MRI stating he had changed his thoughts and rather do a DIAM Spinal Stabilsation System ( Device for Intevertebral Assisted Motion ) , however I was told in writing I still had a choice of the two options.

I was nervous, why they would change their minds so shortly before the operation and asked if I could actually speak to the surgeon for a better understanding. I was then contacted by a Philip Pasler whom I told by my coordinator that he was the Spinal Surgeon Planner , therefore what I thought to be a trustworthy, who convinced the DIAM was the right operation for me, however I later found out that he was not a professional on spinal surgery but a Director of the company and only really bothered about generating finances of the company and was not qualified to give advice on spinal surgery.

On arrival at the clinic ( Tues ) nil by mouth at 7am prompt, I undertook various tests throughout the day, however between each, instead of succinctly I waited in lonely corridors , no WiFi reception to keep you occupied, for at least two hours each time between each test, up until 4,30 pm, still nil by mouth from 10.30 pm the previous night,no apologies for the huge gaps in waiting around. I tried putting it to he back of my mind as I was there to concentrate on myself and my spine. The 2 local coordinators whom maybe used to the chaos but highly embarrassed by the lack of organisation between all the depts. I was then asked to return in two hours time for my MRI scan, I was then finally allowed something to eats/drink, where I could have a wander into town. On arrival and bizarrely waiting 90 minutes for the MRI, I was then asked to return Wed for my test results to confirm I was OK physically for the operation.

On arrival at time 11am,I had to wait 2+hrs, before seen. I then finally saw the surgeon who stated it was not an option for the PLIF, never was and my only choice was the DIAM, I was then also told my surgery had been cancelled from the Thursday to the Friday because ‘overspill’ from Wednesday

On Thursday, I was then told to arrive on Friday at 10am my operation mid afternoon Friday. Bizarrely I got a call on Thursday at 8pm to say I needed to come to the hospital immediately that night as I was now to be operated on 9am Friday, the whole place is just chaotic I thought.

I dropped everything, and went back to the hospital and did undertake the surgery about 1pm, after being nil by mouth from8pm Thursday.

On rousing from my operation , around 4pm, around 5.30 pm I asked if I could have something to eat as by now very hungry. I was brought a yogurt, I asked if there was anything more substantial I was told not possible, it was not known to I was even in the hospital and no food was available, due to the cancellation of my operation from the Thursday. My only option was to order an UBEREATS and send out for a KFC, just bizarre

Awaking Saturday morning, I was told a taxi would pick me up at 9am to take me back to my hotel and can I go to the chemist myself for painkillers. I said I was unhappy as I had only been 4 steps to the toilet and just 12 hours after the op and need at least one more day, I was told no option as hospital closed on Sat and I was only person in!

Now back in England after a brief positive recovery , 3 months later I have spiralled down hill, proving the PLIF should have been correct procedure.

The follow ups have been non existent, I have waited on supposed planned called 20 plus times, but no one at the other side, they will not commit to anything further. I was asked by my coordinator to put a letter of complaint, I did in Oct, still no reply in Feb, despite me chasing up EVERY week since, where they say a senior will come back to me. I get excuse after excuse, holidays, sickness, even the weather, They wanted me to again pay for flights, hotels and further surgery despite their failures on all levels.

They are just evading responsibility since my significant expenditure. It’s a money making machine with no output.

They are a disgrace to their profession, both administrative, process and advisory.

I hope this saves others from my unbelievably poor experience .

Szczerze odradzam KCM Clinic w Jeleniej Górze. Nasza ostatnia wizyta to szczyt braku profesjonalizmu i totalne lekceważenie pacjenta.

Żona była umówiona na konkretną godzinę (17:30). Po przyjeździe na miejsce, zamiast wejść do gabinetu, dowiedzieliśmy się w rejestracji, że... lekarza już nie ma i poszedł do domu. Nikt nie raczył do nas wcześniej zadzwonić, wysłać SMS-a ani w żaden sposób uprzedzić, że wizyta jest przełożona na wcześniejszą godzinę (Pani w rejestracji próbowała nam wmówić że koordynator informował wszystkich pacjentów, ale nie była w stanie tego udowodnić, udowodnić że z nami także próbował się skontaktować).

Straciliśmy tylko czas na dojazd i nerwy, a na miejscu spotkaliśmy się z całkowitą obojętnością personelu. Placówka mieni się mianem "premium" i pobiera niemałe opłaty, a organizacyjnie leży i kwiczy. Jeśli szanujecie swój czas, omijajcie to miejsce szerokim łukiem – pacjent jest tu traktowany jak intruz, a nie klient płacący za usługę i to niemałe pieniądze. SKANDAL I WSTYD.

Pobyt w KCM kojarzy mi się tyko z czekaniem i brakiem informacji. Koordynator wydaje się zbyt obciążony i cierpi na wieczny brak czasu, nie ma od kogo się czegokolwiek dowiedzieć na co się czeka. Pojawia się może z dwa razy. Totalny brak organizacji, cierpią na tym pacjenci, którzy czekają nie wiadomo na co. Gastroskopia o 12, zakazane przyjmowanie leków, a potem anestezjolog, czemu pani nie wzięła... Wrażenie słabe, jak za taką kasę - 26k. Ewidentnie powinien być jakiś opiekun, który będzie mówił co i jak. Chwalą się tym netflixem na każdym kroku, ale zapomnij, że coś obejrzysz, bo nie ma internetu. Na opiekę pielęgniarek jedynie nie ma co narzekać, tylko nie wiadomo po co ta pobudka o 5:15. Łóżka twarde i czuć każdą kość na nich. Do tego wszędzie było zimno. Naprawdę, jak na kogoś kto osłabiony jest operacją, brakiem jedzenia, to jeszcze tego brakuje do szczęścia, żeby się jeszcze przeziębić. Psychologi dietetyk... hahaha, spotkanie na którym pokazują na telefonie jakieś zdjęcia, zero profesjonalizmu. I na koniec szwy, niby rozpuszczalne, a na tę chwilę nic po 3 tygodniach nie odpadło, a jedynie zaropiało i spuchło, porobiły się stany zapalne i jest problem. Ogólnie nie jestem zadowolona.
