Good quality. Perfect fit for me. Light but strong fabric. 5 pockets, 3 with good zips, but all well concealed. Only criticism is the side pockets are too shallow. Would also like a full length version of these shorts but I can’t see them on the website.

High quality trousers and also gave me a free gift which I really appreciate

Everything came on time, the clothes were really good quality, exactly what I expected. The waterproofing of the lightning trousers was very impressive (and it endured a thorough test in torrential rains). Also they sent me a pair of free socks which was not only a lovely gift but they are actually high quality too. Overall, very impressed with this company, their products and customer service.

As an operational cop I use Keela at work all the time. Bought my first pair of ‘personal’ trousers about 10 years ago and wore the heck out of them. So comfortable, practical and fitting perfectly had no hesitation in ordering a second pair when I finally wore out the knee patches.

British made, British quality, British class. You will not be disappointed. Have referred so many people who have loved their products.

I ordered a waterproof jacket in a rush, accidentally ordered the wrong size. Managed to reorder the correct size and return the original very easily. Delivery was seemless and keela were very efficient. Ordered a pair of trousers off the back of this experience. Quality of all the kit was very good as well and true to size

Fast delivery and good price. I have 3 Keela items, a Jacket, Merino top and a t-shirt.

Ordered a size small t-shirt which was too big. I would say its a medium. I gave it to my friend who is a medium. I contacted Keela who replied promptly and said the size was correct and offered to exchange or replace it. Good customer service.

Good products at a good price but FOR ME the sizing isnt quite right. An issue I have rarely experienced.

The delivery time was good. I just had issues with the fit and want to return the items I purchased.

The Stratus jacket was tight under the arms and could use more room. It’s unfortunate. The jacket is not as crisp in its shape like the Arc’Teryx Gortex Sidewinder jacket I had owned. I was able to wear my Genesis fleece comfortably under the Sidewinder jacket and the Adventure fit for the Keela jacket certainly was lacking in a similar comfort and fit.

Be careful where you order from because you will pay the overseas shipping fees when you choose to return the product. I have never experienced this before when returning an online purchase. I was truly disappointed and shocked at the shipping fees.

I was very disappointed that I had to pay for shipping fees to return a product since I have purchased numerous products for almost fifteen years now. It seems loyalty is overlooked this way.

Very poor customer service in my opinion.
