Horrible customer service …
Purchased new Hyundai Santa Fe late last year from Keema Mount Gravat and the level of drama I’ve had with that car because of Keema has been astounding. Post purchase customer service has been absolutely appalling, especially with their service department. As part of the purchase I had a dash cam installed before delivery on the vehicle. The dash cam setup has been incorrectly installed and uses constant power from the battery. This caused my car to to drain the battery completely dead after only 3 days of being parked. What made things even worse is that they never activated the Hyundai roadside assistance. So when I called for their help after an international flight they said I wasn’t covered. When they did arrive I found that Keema never supplied the emergency keys for the vehicle. Causing roadside assistance to physically break into my car. After 3 days of contacting there services department and every time having to repeat myself they had me bing it in. 3 times I had to return to Keema. At no time did they apologise for my drama I felt like a parrot just repeating myself. On the 2nd visit, they disabled the dash cam without my consent. Causing me a 3rd visit to fix there error. Dealing with there service manager has been a nightmare. She is extremely condescending and rude. After 3 visits and the service manager just hanging up on me. All I was told was that it wasn’t there problem. I feel they organised for my dash cam to be installed as a complete package they should organise and fix the issue considering the company that installed it won’t phone back. What is mind boggling is that this should have been an easy fix and at no cost to Keema instead they have wasted my time at every contact point and washed their hands of the matter. The people who installed the dash cam were organised, installed at Keema and invoiced by Keema as part of complete sales package.
It’s been almost 2 months since Keema promised they would escalate this matter through senior management and they have done nothing. I have contacted the service manager twice and no response from her. The response regarding this message is all smoke and mirrors. If you purchase a car from Hyundai Keema Mount Gravatt and you have problems, which you will. You will be on your own.
