I stayed with Keepers Cottages for Christmas 2023 & 2024 and I can't thank them enough. We stayed at the beautiful Ollerton, which is located in the high street, and it was faultless. The property itself was well equipped, perfectly located, spotlessly clean and just perfect for what we needed. The kitchen space created a hub for our Christmas Day and it felt so magical. The agents were responsive when we had questions and all instructions were simple and easy to follow. The departure was clear and quick and so we would definitely stay with them again. All we can say is a HUGE thank you to this amazing team and property as we truly had a Christmas that we'll never forget! Thank you!!

What an amazing friendly , helpful company. We contacted them twice with a query about our holiday rental in Whistable and had positive helpful instant responses.
We would book again with them.

Booked a luxury holiday break for 14 months from now and paid deposit. Two days later advised by an ‘over familiar’ email there was a glitch with their booking platform and too much discount had been applied so they were failing to honour. Cancelled and a refund made. No compensation or thoughts of meeting half way on the cost. Very poor.
