I love my Moon Goddess mist and Palo…
I love my Moon Goddess mist and Palo Anto sticks! I use them regularly and it brings beauty and clarity to my space. I use the Palo Anto sticks all throughout my home and outside of my home. Sometimes I take one with me to help a friend clear any negative or dark energy from their home. As a matter of fact I have referred them to Kejiwa to order their own because they loved the smell and the product too. I am very satisfied with all of your products as I have also ordered a number of your Ormus products and need to order more soon. Your shipments to me are always packed with precision and care in addition sent in a timely manner. When will you have more of your alter plates that are presently unavailable, available again to purchase? At some point I would love to order the selenite lamp too. It’s beautiful! I am very happy with Kejiwa and know that you are a trusted and treasured source for the nourishment and care of my spiritual enlightenment needs. Love & Light Always! 💜 Erin

Thank you so much for taking the time to write this informative review!
I appreciate that you're working with the Moon Goddess and Palo Santo intentionally and that you're sharing the alchemy with others as well.
We are currently only stocking the shungite and selenite altar plates, and hope to restock those soon.
The orgonites will be a while and I am not sure when I'll be able to make those again.
Blessings & gratitude,
Monica

Quality products and company!
Had an issue with my subscription and tried to chat with a person after AI couldn’t help. It was still the holiday season when this happened and no one picked up my chat so I tried to remedy the situation myself and didn’t do so well. Just a few minutes later I received an email from the owner, she was extremely kind and helpful and helped me figure out a solution. She apologized for not picking up the chat, said she was busy with her at-home kids, and then let me be on my way. I went online to see what the owner, Monica, looked like and read about her journey and business, she’s also the creator of all the products and signed off as a “Steward and Alchemist,” love it! Top notch products, owner and staff, love this company!!🩷

Order never came
When my order was late, I contacted the company. They told me my address was wrong and the order had been sent back to the post. I know my own address.
The products are very expensive. The company charges the consumer more for shipping than the actual cost of the shipping. My order was returned to the company and I was sent an invoice for an extra $10 to ship it back out to me. So I asked for a refund. This was my first experience with this company and I do not recommend them.

Dear Julie,
Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m just now seeing your review, as I was not previously active on Trustpilot, and I want to sincerely acknowledge your concerns.
I’m truly sorry your first order with Kejiwa Alchemy didn’t meet your expectations—we always want our customers to feel cared for and supported.
I looked into your order and found the package was returned to us because the unit number was missing from the address provided. I understand how frustrating this can be, and my intention is always to resolve shipping issues with care and transparency. In these cases, we only ever ask for the actual reshipping cost—never more.
At the time of your order in 2023, we charged a flat shipping rate of $10 for your 50ml Pure ORMEs bottle shipped to Oregon, which reflected our actual costs for tracked, insured delivery. In fact, for many orders, we’ve often covered part of the shipping cost ourselves.
Very soon after this, we implemented free shipping on orders over $33—a policy we’ve continued for several years to bless our community and make our offerings as accessible as possible. We're just now raising the free shipping minimum for sustainability reasons.
Every Kejiwa product is crafted with the highest-quality ingredients and deep intention, and your feedback is a blessing that helps us improve.
With gratitude and blessings,
Monica
Steward, Kejiwa Alchemy
