Great service from Kenny Skips! Had two skips delivered recently for home renovations & they’ve been great. Deliver on time, collect on time. Drivers are really polite & lovely. I live on an unclaimed, unadopted very narrow stone track road & they go the extra mile to make sure it’s dropped in the right place, even though it proves difficult. Highly recommend 😌. 10/10 ⭐

Since late 2025 I have had nothing bit problems with my bins being emptied. I have had weeks when my bins have not been emptied but still charged. When I have asked for a credit it has been rejected. Such bad customer service and experience.

Claire has been an amazing assest to our projects and has always been on the phone anytime we needed anything waste related, the communications between both parties has been unbeatable and she really tries to get the best services at great prices and when it comes to the enviromental aspect the paperwork and waste tracking is one of the best out there. Thanks to Kennys and my mate Claire for all there support and a smooth service.

The young gent which picked up and delivered my skip was lovely and had the time of day to spend a few moments chatting. Very poilte and professional.

We’ve been using Kenny Waste for our skip hire and waste collection, and the service has been excellent from start to finish. Deliveries and collections are always on time, the drivers are helpful, and the whole process runs smoothly which makes a big difference for day-to-day work for our sites.

A special mention has to go to Claire and Joe, who are absolutely amazing. Their always quick to respond, sorts things out straight away, and go above and beyond to make sure we get exactly what we need. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and their professionalism and friendly attitude make dealing with Kenny Waste a pleasure.

Recently hired a weekly office disposal collection and the service has been excellent. Smooth sign up process, affordable rates, delivered a new 1100 litre bin, and back up service excellent from Sydney in the office - Highly recommended

What a joke they are.
Never get our bins done on time; their excuse is that they couldn't get in, but magically, one bin has been emptied, so work that out.
We seem to be on the phone every week asking about why our bins haven't been emptied, always the same excuse. They want me to handwrite a letter to leave. Who does that these days? No love, give me your email. No, we can't, then give me an address to write to. Emailed anyway, so if I don't hear anything back, my solicitor is getting involved. They cost the earth its discussing how much they charge, they want to be paid every month, but don't want to do the job they are getting paid to do. Asked to speak to management and got fobbed off at least 4/5 times why I have been with this company. Last week, they sent someone out to speak to me, not a manager, though. I told him I wanted to leave, and he said I will get someone to ring you, still waiting

Easily the worst COMPANY, not just bin company I have ever dealt with. Ryan has posted previously regarding the issues and I will absolutely agree with that reviewer.
At first prices seem great then they are quietly increased throughout the time with them. Hidden charges and extra weight charges are issued and if you change the weight limited you’re locked into a new contract starting that date.

Then people running the place are some of the most clueless people I have ever come across. Constant phone calls about missed collections and nobody has a clue what’s going on.

Writing to them to cancel my contract I thought was just an isolated incident but the exact same thing happened that happened with Ryan - they couldn’t find the letter I wrote (thankfully I wrote it to them and sent it recorded delivery to two different addresses). - the person who was managing cancellations happened to be off for the two weeks during the period I wrote to them to cancel (Lisa I think it was) - yet she was replying to emails and whatsapped me to tell me she wasn’t available.

Without doubt the most disgusting company I have ever come across.
Since my cancellation has been received EVERY single bin collection has been missed (6 weeks). I’ve had to call them to find out when they are collecting and told it will be that week and they will book a site clean for me (at an extra expense of course)

Please for the love of god avoid this company. 4 years I’ve been trying to get away from them and I’m so so happy I have finally broken away from their clueless staff, awful customer service and just basic all round TERRIBLE company.

Use their skips a lot and always been a fantastic company to deal with. Always courteous and helpful. We will always use kennys skips.
