Bethany (Rep) was a great help with absolutely everything! We have been looking for a supplier that was able to provide the service and is a value for money. Since transferring to them, we have had such a lovely experience; from signing up, finances and help with buying the stocks.

False 25% discount = was promised 25% discount on the account before 30th June 2023 according to emails and letter by post, but once ordered the discount was brushed off and was not applied to the account with various reasons.

Our orders always processed on time. Great communication and customer service.

I had a flyer to say I would be getting 30% off disposables. When I put them in my basket, the prices were over 30% more than advertised on the online catalogue. I called my account manager to query this and was told he would get back to me. He did not. I was able to get the stock elsewhere cheaper.
