Kernowcraft.com Reviews

Professional and efficient service. Very pleased with the products. I am looking forward to making some earrings and a bracelet or two using the materials supplied and following the excellent tutorials. Thank you Kernowcraft.

Great service and very helpful.

I love this business. The products are gorgeous. The tips & teaching are brilliant. Customer service is excellent The only downside - I want to buy & try everything!!! So much choice. So many ideas.

Thank you Kernocraft for my recent order of mixed silver pieces. As a beginner they are perfect for practicing with. I also ordered a gemstone and was very impressed with the quality, fast delivery and packaging.

Excellent service, fast delivery, great quality items. I have found a new hobby in jewellery making and I couldn't ask for a better shop and team to have started my journey with 😊 - Clive

Very pleased with my recent order for the AB coated Moonstone. It is exactly as described on the website. I look forward to using it.

Just starting out experimenting with jewellery making. Bought a sea glass beginners kit from Kernowcraft then followed up by ordering gemstone pendants. Impressed with service and quality of products. Definitely a favoured supplier. A R Muir, Fife, Scotland

I received my order very fast and it was just what I wanted.

First class service as normal, items arrived quickly and well packed

Quick response, good quality beads, I really like the frosted amazonite which I couldn't find anywhere else. I made the memory wire bracelet with amazonite and silver beads that was on the website and I think it's stunning.

Kernowcraft responds quickly and posts items out in a timely fashion. They have a nice selection of items and I have no hesitation purchasing from them.

I needed some silver anti-tarnish paper and spent ages looking for it. I was very pleased to find it with Kernow: the ordering was efficient and the delivery was quick! I was very impressed by their website and the other much more interesting things they have to sell

I’m always delighted with any items I buy from Kernowcraft and grateful that I can still buy my beading supplies locally.

I recently bought cabochons and ring blanks to put them in and I was really pleased with them. So much so I’ve ordered more and when I got the email confirmation I realised I hadn’t ordered enough rings, phoned them up and they changed my order without charging me more delivery. Very obliging and very pleasant. I’d recommend this company, quick delivery too.

Lovely quality items ,I made an error with a set of stones for earings which I orderd and didnt realise so was contacted by Kernocraft so was able to rectify . They are prompt with dispatch and always arrive on time .Also like the video guides and information which is provided - Well happy with the items and service

I ordered a Treasure Chest and was very happy with what I got.
I received:
-9 small pink pearls(drilled)
-silver polisher
-a Bezel roller
-a small emerald (rrp:£69,only labelled item)
-a lapis lazuli cabachon
-assorted stone beads
-assorted shell beads
-a treated druzy pendant(only thing I genuinely dislike and find quite tacky but I'm sure I'll be able to find someone who likes it)
-a silver chain (unlabelled, metal unspecified)
-a gold chain (unlabelled, metal unspecified)
-silver components(also unlabelled)
-a silver leaf charm
-a silver heart charm
-5 gold star beads
-plush material to work on
-drawstring bag
-a small postcard describing items of interest

While I do have some minor gripes such as the first 50 orders receiving extra items but it not being clearly communicated when that actually started from or when the first stock drop was, I personally would've liked to know what number my treasure chest was and it certainly would've added to the fun of it. I also would've liked it if the metal components were labelled just so I know what's plated, what's silver and what's stainless steel. Perhaps just an inventory list provided inside the box might be beneficial rather than labelling individual items?
The quality of the items are all top notch and I am more than pleased with the quantity of items provided.
I'd definitely buy again and will return to this store for my next jewellery project.

Having realised I had ordered the wrong size stones for a commission that needed doing asap I rang and spoke to Sarah to see if I could change my order - which had already been processed and was ready to collect. Not only did she change the order at a clearly busy time, she also made sure it would be ready to collect within an hour. Fantastic customer service, not to mention a great sense of humour! Much appreciated!

I placed my first order with kernowcraft just recently and was quite disappointed, so I do not think it’ll be ordering from them again. No presentation whatsoever for the price I paid + delivery, definitely not worth it compared to other sellers. The quality was poor, the silver wraptite settings were poorly made and bent easily, and my peridot did not fit them and everything was small and insuperior to the website’s images.

Great service. Easy to order and pricing is transparent and does not change.
Goods arrived on time.
