Ordered a LMNT product from ketosource.co.uk back in 27/06/23 Still haven't received the product. They refuse to reply to emails, and no refund of the 108€ i spent on the product. Very little hope of getting the product or the money back.

If I could I would give 0 to -5 stars.

I have been using Ketosource MCT oil for a few years and for me the oil is ideal. My morning starts with a double espresso and a shot of MCT oil. Then I ask myself the question "do I feel hungry?" sometimes yes and sometimes no. when no I'll forego breakfast and use the 8 hour eating window starting about 1pm.
If anyone is on the keto regime I would recommend a food intolerance test. It worked for me.

Omg what can I say, I am no novice to the Keto diet but I am to MCT Oil and Ketosource, Damien and his friendly team checked in with me every day for 28 days keeping me motivated when in the past, on this diet I have slipped off the wagon so to speak, it was like having a personal trainer but not in the physical way, I am so impressed with this company I have purchased a second Bottle of the MCT Oil, I now only have 6 lbs to lose to get to my goal thank you Damien & Team I miss your daily emails now I’m all grown up and can do it all by myself 🤗 xxxx

After my last review ,which I have to apologise for, as it was my mistake for not ordering the Pure C8 MCT Oil in a glass bottle ,apparently there is a choice of bottle which I failed to see.
I was very impressed with Ketosource response,I was sent a very gracious email by Natalie,I never had such an amazing response in no way accusatory by any company before in my whole life and she sent me a replacement Pure C8 MCT oil in a glass bottle .
I am truly impressed and will continue to use Ketosource .
I hold my hands up I was wrong the first time around.

Some companies really disappoint when it comes to customer service. Not Ketosource. I contacted them about an issue with my order. Not only did Natalie replace the item for me, she also went above and beyond by refunding me too! I hope Ketosource knows what an asset they have here, she provided me with a service I won't forget. I'll be a repeat customer for sure!

Ketosource supports me in my fasting, MCT oil provides me with energy and focus when needed. Tastes great, although neutral and the most important no sides effects at all. It’s definitely a must to have when someone wants to conciliate fasting with physical and mental performance.

The BEST source for anything related to a Keto & intermittent fasting lifestyle. I liked their C8 MCT (x3 ketones) oil so highly I’ve subscribed for a litre bottle every month, saving myself some money in the process.
Their customer service is second to none & they’ll happily give you all the information & advice you need.
They aim to be the best available & they’re already there in my opinion.

So, I'm new to the ketogenic world, but started out by doing the usual research into who and what was available to help get me started. The products I ordered from ketosource (the mojo testing kit and the C8 MCT oil) have both been excellent, but I had pretty much expected that already (from the research).

What I hadn't really expected was the level of service and support both before, and after, ordering. The extra info that is available on the website, and the extra support that Damien has been following up with, have been outstanding, and hugely valuable in not just getting me started, but helping me stick to the plan. I don't usually leave reviews but I felt compelled to after I phoned ketosource. The young lady I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable, friendly and a delight to talk to. I will be sure to place my order as soon as I get paid!

Excellent product! my aim is not necessarily to be in ketosis, but to improve insulin sensitivity through low carb diet, l have bought the pure c8 mct oil from Ketosource a couple of times, and find it gives a really good boost of energy at the necessary times, ie once glycogen levels are low, or when trying to extend a fast, it is a fantastic tool to have when needed, i had to build up the use slowly as advised and found the information and dirrections both on the box and in the information sheet provided extremely helpful, the website is an ideal place to go for information and encouragement whatever your aims are, thank you everybody at Ketosource.

I’ve always struggled with weight loss until someone recommended this website and their products. What a great team, awesome products. Quick delivery and competitive prices. So far 5kgs down, another 5kgs to go!

I love this stuff. This MCT oil is good value for money. It easily gets me through to lunchtime without thinking of food at all, which is great for when I'm intermittently fasting.

Ketosource provides a great personal services. Emails arrive that is pertinent to my questions and needs. However they set this up, they've done a good job.
Their app provides detailed information on foods and where you can source products. It's very easy to use and helps keep motivation going, especially when you are knew to Keto way of eating and intermittent fasting.

Top service and top advice from experts I purchased a new meter and spare strips, I made a mistake in my order with the spare strips, Ketosource (Natalie) were very quick to respond by email and follow up with a phone call, they could not have done more to help and advise, I am very grateful.
