One of the best diets I have ever tried
This is one of the diets that through my 66 years has been the best that I have tried.
I lost weight well, loved the steps and fasting trackers. Meals were adaptable to my personal taste. I would recommend this diet and company highly.
I actually did not feel I was on a diet and did not feel hungry or any craving for food between meals. I lost half a stone in a week effortlessly. The steps tracker encouraged me to walk a bit more than I had previously been doing.
Before starting the diet I had hip and knee pain but it appears to have gone by loosing the weight - this was an unexpected bonus!

Beware!
I signed up and paid £15.99 for a month. I thought this was a one time payment. At the end of the month, nearly £40 was taken automatically from my account without any prompting. I assumed this was for the full year, but this was actually only for a month! Definitely not worth the money. They have refused to refund my £40. Questionable business practice, I think this app is a total scam. Buyer beware!

Scam
This is literally an app that has some recipes and trackers for calories and water intake. No idea what they are charging so much for. I cancelled my trial and 3 months later they tried to charge me again. I would give zero stars if it would let me.

No warning before pricing increases
No warning before pricing increases, no warning before your trial period you have purchased is over and then they automatically charge you full price. No option to cancel subscription on the app and you have to contact them. When contacted, emails are unhelpful and rude. Basically are scammers.
