Sales service good. After sales service terrible. Long delays for appointments. Telling you things are under warranty before you get them fixed then charging you to fix them.
Accusing you of causing problems by driving passed service point when the car is not due a service for another 1000km. No apology. Refuses to answer complaints. Customer service in service department needs to be improved drastically and if they are not willing to listen to complaints they are never going to improve.

Promises were made, never materialised. I was lied too and the whole experience was a major let down. I will not be going back. You send a person home with a quarter tank of diesel is a joke on a new van, massive issues with the new van. How do you not ply line a van and tell me it was done. I will not be dealing with this dealership again. Promised other items from Cathal yet when i asked i will be charged.. thats not the agreement. Never again will i spend my hard earned money on this dealership

Alloy destroyed following valet service. Tried to fob me off and drove my car out for me hoping I wouldn't see. They took liability that they caused it but because they never seen it happen before said they would not give me compensation or repair the damage. No reply to emails had to contact them couple of times though phone. First time I used Kevin Egans to valet my car and so disappointed with the response from the garage. So unprofessional trying to hide it and hope I drove away without noticing.

Recently changed my car and really happy with the customer service experience. Cathal was a dream to deal with and made the whole experience so positive. Any of his colleagues that I met with were also so chatty and welcoming. I would not hesitate to deal with Cathal, Ronan and their colleagues at Kevin Egan motors when I next need to trade up.

Do not use this company. Absolutely useless service. I had to take half day off my business time to service van but they do not move van over 2.5 hrs scheduled time from the place I left in the front of the office. No one tried talk to me. After 2.5 hour waiting fot nothing one person from reception is saying they short for technicians other they had a problem with the lift. Zero respect for customer. Absolutely zero.

Wants to complement all at Kevin Egans motors excellent team, advised me on car that could suit my needs . Staff so friendly but must personally thank Dave in finance and John and Emma in sales . Keep up the good work

Thanks for welcome and solution for our Citroen Jumper (motorhome) . A pleasure to find this speed service despite the heavy workload!

I contacted sales regarding changing my van, the sales man asked me to send photos of my van which I did, he text me to say he would contact me later that day, 10 day later and still no contact, when I posted a 1 star review Kevin replied back to me, berating me for posting a 1 star review, I thought we had free speech in this country, another business would be grateful for pointing out their failings but not Kevin Egan Cars in Sligo,I think Kevin should concentrate more on his business and train his staff properly.
And for the record Cathal did not ring me back to apologise he sent a text message, but thats good customer service according to Kevin.

My car was serviced today in Kevin Egan, friendly knowledgeable staff that are to the point about any issues, efficient and thorough.

Collected my car from Kevin Egan Cars friday evening evening had some repairs done. Such peace of mind... helpfull ,efficient no nonsense... just perfect. This is my second car with Egan Cars. Getting very used to this high standard of service.

I had been putting off buying a car for over two years, just too much hassle !! I had seen reviews of Kevin Egan cars and had a look on their site. I saw my beautiful car there with all the things I needed....but I thought nah...major hassle getting to sligo to collect it. But I filled in the online form anyway and next thing received a text from THEE man Cathal, who took care of everything via text email and a call or two. A few days later (and I mean less then a week) my car arrived!! Delivered by the lovely Gerry a gentleman if ever there was one who showed me how to work all my new gadgets and gizmos. From start to finish the entire process was pleasant exciting and effortless for me although I'm sure poor Cathal was sweating getting it all done so fast !! This is exactly the type of service a parent with a full time job needs and Kevin Egan and his staff have it spot on cant reccomend them enough.

I would give Cathal and the team 10/10 we did a lot of the work over the phone due to my working hours and nothing was ever too much, Cathal even found a car that suited all my family needs and was within my budget and when it came to collecting the car and my plans changed Cathal got the car delivered straight to my door, I would have no problem recommending Kevin Egan Car Sales to anyone, you definitely won’t be disappointed

This the second car that I bought from Kevin Egan Motors and I cannot fault the service. They made buying the car so easy and paperwork was sorted very promptly. I would recommend buying a car from them every time.
