I purchased the Automate CRM basic package with an add-on on 14 May 2026 for ₹88,499 after attending a seminar conducted by **Kewal Kishan - Automate Business**.

In the seminar, the CRM was presented as a powerful automation solution for real-estate businesses with WhatsApp automation, bots, and AI calling-agent features. They create trust during the session, but after payment, the reality was completely different.

The CRM was not ready to use. Most of the setup, workflows, automation, and integrations had to be done by the customer, which is very complicated for a non-technical user. As a result, till date, the CRM is still not usable for my business, and they do not seem bothered that we are unable to use it.

After paying such a huge amount, I was further told to buy third-party tools like WhatsApp, Pabbly, Bolna AI, AI calling agents, and other integrations to make the CRM functional.

In my personal experience, it felt like they conduct seminars to gain customer trust, collect money, and then leave the customer to struggle with setup and extra costs. Despite repeated follow-ups with **Kewal Kishan** and staff member **Anubha**, no proper responsibility was taken to make the CRM usable for my business.

There are other companies that provide proper CRM setup, support, and hand-holding at a much lower price. They help customers configure the system and are available when support is needed. But here, after taking a large amount, the customer is left to struggle on their own.

They are neither ready to properly configure and deliver a usable CRM nor ready to refund the money. In my opinion, their approach appears to be focused only on collecting money, without bothering whether the customer is actually able to use the CRM or not.

I feel cheated after paying such a large amount for a CRM that has not become practically useful. I have requested cancellation and refund, but the issue is still unresolved.

This review is based on my personal experience with the product, pricing, setup process, extra charges, and support provided.

Very quick to sell. Poor service. Software is slow compared to many other project management tools that have even more features. You get what you pay for. Team hated it and I asked to get a refund and they ghosted me.

The apps of automate business like CRM and task delegation are phenomenal. The apps are very intelligently customised to take care of any query. Automate forms have been integrated to capture a huge influx of queries from online platform right into the CRM making things totally trackable without missing even one single lead. This makes their systems extremely dependable and powerful for the business.

Automate apps have been helping us save more than 3 hours per day! With all the app we can actually automate the business on autopilot! A must try!!

Kewal Kishan Business Automation Review: Hype vs. Reality

Maine Kewal Kishan ka "Business Automation" program join kiya tha, lekin jo promises kiye gaye the, unme se bahut kuch sirf marketing tactics nikle. Webinar me jo bhi dikhaya aur bataya jata hai, vo actual implementation se kaafi alag hota hai.

1. Fake Refund Guarantee
Webinar ke dauraan yeh baar-baar bola jata hai ki agar aapko unka business automation plan samajh nahi aata, ya aap satisfied nahi hote, to poora paisa turant return kar diya jayega. Lekin jab aap refund maangte hain, to ya to koi response nahi milta ya phir aapko technicalities aur terms & conditions ke maze me uljha diya jata hai. Refund lena almost impossible hota hai.

2. False Promises of Automation
Program me kaha jata hai ki aapka business automate ho jayega aur aap bina kisi manual effort ke smoothly kaam kar paayenge. Lekin reality ye hai ki system sirf ek complex framework provide karta hai jo aapko hi manage karna padta hai. Matlab automation ke naam par aapko ek robot bana diya jata hai, jisme har chhoti-chhoti cheez manually handle karni padti hai.

3. No Proper Support & Extra Charges
Agar aapko koi dikkat aati hai to proper support nahi diya jata. Jo bhi cheez webinar me free batayi jati hai, vo actually extra paid services hoti hain. Har step pe aapse aur paise nikalne ki koshish hoti hai.

4. One-Size-Fits-All Approach
Har business ka nature alag hota hai, lekin yeh system sirf ek generic approach follow karta hai jo har kisi ke liye kaam nahi karti. Jo chhoti aur medium businesses ke liye sabse zyada zaroori cheezein hoti hain, unke liye yeh program effective nahi hai.

Final Verdict
Agar aap apne business ke liye automation solutions dhoond rahe hain, to bina proper research kiye koi bhi expensive program join na karein. Kewal Kishan ka automation system sirf marketing aur hype hai, jo actual business automation se bohot door hai. Behtar hoga ki aap kisi reliable aur customized solution ki taraf dekhein jo aapke business ke liye practically beneficial ho.
