Excellent service, could not fault.

I love the subscription service as once I knew they worked for me it took all the work out of it! The changes for me have been more energy, less low moods and that feeling of dragging myself around the place. It also gives me the energy to do the other things that also help e.g strength training, bit of yoga and cold water dips and swimming. Before Key I would'nt have had the energy to contemplate these, so everything fits together. I'm 64 and on a low dose HRT so I feel key has helped me with getting the whole 'schmazzle' to work together where as before key I did'nt have the energy to consider what I needed to do as I ached all over and my mood dipped over the course of the day and week. Feel great, so thank you and love supporting an Irish product by Irish women. I've also recommended the purple menustration pack to friends who have teenage girls who are experiencing issues with their cycle and the feedback has been great!

I began taking key for her collagen and perimenopause supplements nearly 3 months ago as I was experiencing a frozen shoulder in early 2023 (which can be a sign of lowering estrogen- I’m 41) and the density of my hair was thinning. My shoulder began feeling 100 times better in about 3 weeks to the point where it’s now 90% pain free and mobile which is amazing. My skin feels plumper from the collagen and I’m sure my hair is improving. I think it will take some time before I can definitely say the density in my hair is better as it’s more of a slower process due to the rate of growth but I’m definitely hopeful that I’ll see a considerable change in the next few months. I’m sure my mood has improved as well, I don’t feel as irritable. I will keep taking these supplements because whether it’s because of them or not my day to day life has definitely improved!

I started key peri 2 months ago. I have noticed big improvements in my overall health. Less bloated, more energy, sleeping better and my mood is much improved. Feeling totally energised and happy. Also great that the supplements are all natural. I will continue to take key peri as I am extremely impressed with it and it's working for me.

Supplements arrived on time. I have changed many things simultaneously but I do think the menopause supplements are assisting sleep and energy levels greatly

Amazing product. The pain in my joints is almost completely gone since starting the Peri & Menopause supplement. I got a 3 month subscription to start as these things normally takes 6 weeks + to kick in, within 2 weeks I told my husband I'm never giving these up. I recommended them to so many of my clients they are all feeling the benefits.

Started my daughter on key menstrual a month ago and what a difference it has made for her already she wasn’t weepy a few days before and she didn’t have to take a day off which she would normally have to on the first day of her cycle, have signed up for monthly subscription would definitely recommend KEY menstrual for anyone that suffers every month

Amazing tablets if ur on the fence I can honestly say these are a game changer they take away the feeling that you want to kill everyone or ur having a break down they just take that edge off completely.. everyone over the age of 40 should be taking these tablets ❤️

I've suffered from horrific periods my whole life, I'm 30. Recently I had open surgery to remove an 8" dermoid cyst and endometriosis. I also had the copper coil inserted. To say my first period post op was unbearable, is an understatement. I bought the key for menstrual as a last resort because I was literally bed ridden for 5 days. Taking solpadine and nurofen plus barely helped. This period although a little pinchy, was even better than my periods pre op. I barely had to use any pain medication, maybe just one or two nurofen on the first and second day. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you for this amazing product. I've been recommending it to anyone who will listen!

Fantastic product. Only on it a week and already a huge improvement in my sleep. Brain fog, fatigue and hot flushes also improving and the best ever is its helping with my overactive bladder which is a huge symptom of menopause with me. Recommend to anyone considering this product go ahead and give it a try. Also feedback from the company is second to none.

Thank you so much for making this product, I can honestly say it’s made a massive difference to my moods and anxiety especially around my menstrual cycle. I did take a little break from this product due to other medical issues and financial circumstances, I thought I would be ok without them. But I quickly realised this was not the case. I would recommend anyone who suffers with pms or other mental health symptoms around there Menstrual cycle to really consider taking these.

I've been on hrt patches for over 10 months. I was bloated piled on weight and didn't feel good about myself. I have searching Internet for help. I found peri menopause took the chance. Got a lovely reply from Renee about my concerns. After two weeks on key peri menopause I decided to come off hrt patches. I'm now halfway through my second month I feel great, I've lost 8lbs, no aches and pains, maybe the odd flush but nothing that I can't cope with . I spoke to my doctor that I had come off hrt on my own decision, showed her the box of peri menopause and also told her I had lost 8lb in weight. When I get out of bed now in the morning, i can get out and walk around with ease not like before when I felt so stiff and achy. My friends used me as the guinea pig and they have seen a change in me physically and mentally. They are now going on it, I'm 53 and they are similar or slightly older. Anyway this is my review I'm starting to feel like old me thank you Key

I love these and taking them now about five months. The last batch I got have made me very sick I found if I take them without food and sometimes even if I have had food did anyone else experience this??? My nails are great and I feel great except the few times I’ve felt very nauseous and sick.

I bought Key peri & menopause as a subscription about 8 months ago but didn't start taking them. I actually cancelled my subscription as I couldn't really afford them. There was no problem with this and the girls refunded my payment.

I've been on high dose anti-depressants for years and am now peri menopausal. Three months ago I was feeling awful still however GP was concerned and didn't really want to increase my dose again because its already high so we agreed to wait three more months to see how I was. About a month ago, I rooted out the supply of Key and I have been taking them ever since religiously. Two word - GAME CHANGER!

My mood has vastly improved, I no longer spend my down days in bed and I feel better able to face the world. My husband and son have noticed a huge difference too. Also, the knee pain which has been crippling me for the past few years has subsided.

I was back with my GP yesterday and she was delighted with the change in me and wants to know about Key. I'm at the beginning of my HRT journey and will be renewing my Key subscription - I'll just forgo another "luxury" for a new necessity in my life.
