Known initially for our imported, cream filled chocolates in the 1960s, we’ve been working with chocolate for quite some time! And while we no longer sell finished chocolates, we do supply a complete range of ingredients and décor products from some of Europe’s finest manufacturers and are now the premier supplier of chocolate, ingredients, equipment and packaging to the chocolate industry. We remain as passionate as ever about supplying high quality products with a large helping of great customer service!
We also understand that not everyone has years of experience working with chocolate ingredients, so that’s why we have a jam-packed Resources section, dedicated to helping and educating anyone working with chocolate and other sweet ingredients. There are many reasons I shop with Keylink The chocolate is high quality at a very competitive price. The dispatch is usually the same day and arrives quickly in sturdy packaging. The staff team are amazing and work together to make the best experience for the customer. I have been fortunate to deal with all the staff but recently have asked for Lynne as she knows my preferrences and can guide me through the options suited to me. She also gives information about new products and sends samples to help future choices. For this reason Its good to be able to ask for someone specific, although eveyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I will return and would highly recommend this company.

I have been impressed
Yesterday I placed my order at just before 1pm.
I received it at just after 11am this morning.
Timing is excellent and just goes to show that Keylink keep the promise on the website "order before 3pm for next day delivery".
I ordered 3 bags of Callebaut chocolate couverture. All arrived in a well packed box. No damage en route despite it being the sort of day I would recommend using sun cream!
The prices are good. I'm sure anyone looking at chocolate for cooking already knows Callebaut is excellent quality.
This should see me through to Easter. But if I look as if I am running low, I know I can obtain more promptly. Special thanks to Vicky at Keylink. I couldn't see my order the instant I had placed it. She reassured me that it was there and being processed. Definitely 5* quality and 5* customer service. Thank you
