I recently did a refresher and conversion course at Key Performance.
Adam was my instructor and he was brilliant, very knowledgeable about both trucks, Adam was approachable when I had any queries and it was an enjoyable experience and I learnt a lot of new information despite driving forklifts for years.
Would highly recommend and thanks to Adam and Key Performance.

I had my counterbalance and reach truck test at Key Performance with different instructors (Darren and Adam). Both of them were friendly and helpful with all the necessary knowledge and experience.
If you think about to get a forklift license I highly recommend Key Performance! ! Don't hesitate to contact them! 👍

I booked up for a Novice Counterbalance Forklift Course after previously attending a Taster session a few weeks prior & thought would give it a go.
I had a 3 day 1 on 1 Course with Adam from Monday 10th March till Wednesday 12th March.
I was nervous to say the least as never done anything like this before but Adam put me at ease & showed all that I needed to know & went over it a few times which was great.
Monday & yesterday was the teaching days & had my test day (Theory & Practical) today.
I can happily say that I passed the Course.
Adam is a great Teacher & Key Performance is a nice Company to go for your training needs.

I did a 3 and half week training course from warehouse and logistics to counterbalance and would recommend key performance if you want training. Dave is a great teacher in the first part of the training and so engaging that you want to do well. You have Adam and Darren who do the forklift training and they will teach you all you need to know. Its very relaxed and enjoyble and would say if anyone wants training go here.

The whole experience was brilliant my instructor David was welcoming and also encouraging and put me at ease. Great environment great service can't fault the time i was there. Highly recommended going there if you need to get trained.

Great place to get a forklift licence! very professional and great approach to training. Within only few days after training with David I have gained confidence and necessary knowledge and skills to pass the course and got my licence. I highly recommend Key Performance Training as your choice.

Took a reach truck course and this company was incredible. I was a bit nervous but the staff were very friendly and helpful and I passed. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Absolutely amazing training futilities, Fantastic training instructors and a happy and comfortable environment. Couldn’t ask for more. Key Performance Training Ltd helped me make the next step into a new work environment when I was new to the country.

Very friendly and very informative

My Reach Truck Course and Forklift Counter Balance Conversion training with key performance was very good. My instructor was very friendly and dedicated to get you train very well, they are putting great effort to train freshers. Explaining every single stuff and mistakes what you are struggling with while training period and guides you to make it correct in a safe manner.
I would highly recommend to everyone those who are seeking to become an Operator.

Have just taken my novice forklift test great and friendly staff had a brilliant time highly recommended these guys enjoy your biscuits and thank you so much A++++++++

Just a fantastic experience, from entering the building to finishing the course, key performance were super friendly patient and professional. Made everything feel easy to follow, I couldn't recommend them high enough.
