Amazing food, reasonably priced.

When you're pressed for time yet still mindful of your diet, this service is a lifesaver. I appreciate the delicious taste, high quality, amazing selection, and freshness it offers, along with the regular deliveries and adaptable options. The flexitarian choice suits me wonderfully. I once received apple pie and raspberry overnight oats that were so incredible I'm still trying to replicate them at home without much success.

I've been a long standing customer through many of the owners over the years.
Today though the food wasn't just bad it was so bad that it was un-eatable. The meat was so overly cooked you couldn't even eat it they got my salad order wrong and whatever that sauce was it really wasn't chilli. I got a lamb shish for my aunt and that too was horrible, cold and chewy the only saving grace was the chips were nice. But we've just had to cook something to eat. I would never recommend this place again.

Poor service - have been requesting a refund for over three months but just never get any feedback. I was told I would be refunded for unused meals due to travel but nothing has been done

I thought I loved Key To Food but I've just had to cancel my subscription. The customer service when things go wrong is so bad. We regularly have missing items in our deliveries and have to chase things. The company's policy on this is to just add extra meals but it then means we get extra food on days we don't want it (e.g. weekends) and sometimes have to throw it away if we can't eat it (sometimes if we leave it until the next day the food is already mouldy?). You can't help but feel this isn't designed with the customer in mind.

We had an incident where our food was meant to be delivered and left on our doorstep but wasn't there. The driver said our neighbours buzzed him in but when we checked with them, they hadn't. The response from Key To Food was so unsatisfactory, telling us we should have been in, even though they changed the delivery slot time with no communication to customers. When I queried when the change in delivery time had come about I was told January, but I have emails from Key To Food months later than that with the 'old' delivery times.

We also get a food box delivered from another company that is always left outside our door and has never gone missing.

It just isn't worth the money or the effort. Their policies and customer service are terrible. The food is good, but not enough to just put up with constant mistakes and then a rubbish response when you're left without the food you paid for.

I originally gave them a 5 star review, but changing to 1 star in less than a few months. Quality of food and services has vastly deteriorated.

Food has arrived mouldy. If it doesn't arrive mouldy then we're lucky its even arrived. Items have been missing at least every week, including full 2 days worth of food for two people after their driver claimed to have left it on our doorstep after being let in by a neighbour - we checked with our neighbour and they did not let the driver in.

We were told the missing delivery was our fault as we told the driver to leave it outside our door - the driver called us 45mins before the communicated Sunday delivery time slots of 7-10.30pm, and we were not home and he gave us the choice of leaving outside our flat door or leaving outside the building.

Customer service is abysmal, always try to blame the customer. They have new policies and delivery times that are never communicated and then used against the customer. They even have a policy of no money refunds and instead, want to refund you in additional meals.

Do yourself a favour and avoid the headache of using Key To Food.

Healthy and yummy meals. I didn't lose weight but it certainly helped me to eat more healthy and save time cooking. If i wasn't moving abroad i'd keep the service.

A friend suggested the company to me so I started with a one week trial - OMG the food was so tasty and well presented( I like food that looks good to eat) Working long hours meant I got into the habit of grabbing quick meals on the go like fast food and supermarket ready meals....Now I have good wholesome home cooked food without the prep! Perfect for me and now I'm a committed monthly meal planner, I cannot recommend highly enough

Horrible service, use a competitor !

I have been subscribed to Keytofood for a few months and had numerous issues:
- Delivery often came late (past 23:00), and in several occasions, the food was left outside of the building, which is highly unsanitary. I have been promised replacement meals, which never came.
- One of the deliveries was given to an entirely different building.
- I have asked them to stop delivering the meals and refund my last payment due to these missed deliveries. They have stopped delivering but never refunded.

This company lacks of hygiene, timeliness and decency and I would strongly advise to choose another service.

It's great for when you don't have this extra time on your hands but still want to keep an eye on what you eat. I like it for great flavours, quality, fantastic variety, freshness, frequent deliveries and flexibility. There is even a flexitarian option which works perfectly for me. And once I got apple pie / raspberry overnight oats to die for. Still trying to recreate them myself but not getting close.

Amazing food! I’ve had so many food delivery services in London and this is by far the tastiest. Just want I needed after baby number four. Honestly, I would look forward to meals everyday as they were so tasty and alway felt satisfied after. Also, I’ve always been told its healthy to have a rainbow on the plate, but have never managed it until key to food. Such great variety of veg and colors.

Pretty good, had the keto box for a couple of weeks. Only wish that you get told of what the meals a little bit in advance so you could potentially veto them.

Lovely food - can be repetitive at times for a vegetarian diet. Tends to repeat specific ingredients e.g. lentils, chickpeas. Always on time with delivery.

The key to food have been nothing but delicious, efficient and effective! This service has saved me time to work on my business. Provided me with consistent energy to perform and have delivered the goods straight to my door without a day or meal missed.

Nicholl's does steak to perfection. Less than £20 for the perfect 8oz fillet with all the trimmings. What more can you ask for.

Sadly I was so disappointed by my experience with Key to Food. The meals would have been lucky to cost 10% of what we pay for them - mostly the consisted of rice, chickpeas and beans. I opted for the pescetarian meal option, and literally only one meal from the entire week contained any animal protein. A couple contained tofu, one had tempeh (though these were all not tasty), and only one had a tiny sliver of white fish. Honestly, the meals were so far from satiating. I was dizzy and lightheaded when I tried to eat them, even adding in plenty of snacks between meals, so ended up throwing them all out and eating normally. I tried all the meals but truly didn’t enjoy any of them, so I used some of them as snacks (that’s how tiny they were!) and threw out the ones I couldn’t stomach. Really big waste of money, and felt like a ghost of myself while eating these meals.

I tried the tester week of the key to food and recently started the monthly plan. It is delicious and makes it so so easy to eat well. I am far less bloated than I have ever been and losing healthy amounts of weight each week.

Exactly what I needed to complement my workout regime. So glad I found key to food.

Delivery is reliable. The food is great. I feel great. What more could you want?
