Key West Electric Cars Reviews

Nice carts, all electric, very nice and helpful staff

The shuttle service provided by Key West Electric Cars from Key West Express to the facility and back was a great bonus to a good experience with the electric car. We had a 4-seat car which worked well for us and our parents. The only recommendation would be to inspect the seatbelts. They were difficult to buckle and even more difficult to unfasten. We're strong, and we struggled, let alone our parents. Other than that everything was fantastic. Customer service is great, we left a water bottle in the shuttle and they're holding it for us until we head back for a few days in March. Everyone was great to work with.

Check in is easy, employees are helpful showing you how, and where you can take the cart. I rented an electric car, however I had no place to charge it ( it gets about 25 miles a charge), and they changed me over to a gas cart with no problem.

Registration and check in easy vehicle was ready for us and it was clean

The customer service 10/10 we were greated with a great smile 😃 and friendly conversation. Walked us thru the do's and don't on handling our cart..then when we returned they drove us right to our cruise port. Would we rent from them again? ABSOLUTELY!!!

Great carts, great people and excellent pricing. After dealing with a few other companies for rentals and getting taken advantage of on pricing, I found this company. Great and easy to deal with. I will only use this company in the future!! If you’re going, do a reservation!

Very easy to pick up and drop off golf cart. Staff was very nice.

Excellent customer service. Quick shuttle to and from the rental facility. The car was clean and functioned perfectly!

Checkin! Friendly agent and very helpful. No strings attached!

Super easy check in, very close to port. Great price. Brand new, clean car! Exploring the island made simple! Definitely would recommend and will do it again!

Thank you for the fast rental. It was quick and easy. The golf cart was clean and charged for our day of fun! I would highly recommend your business.

Appreciated the free shuttle service to pick-up golf cart, clear instructions on how to operate it, phone number on engine key to access immediate attention if needed and shuttle drop-off at bus terminal when the golf cart was returned. All the staff we interacted with as kind, courteous and very patient. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Easy to use and the ability to go anywhere we wanted on our own time!! Best idea ever!!

Great ride, employees were very helpful, perfect for cruising around the island!

Very easy to locate and easy to work with. It is a business that has the customer in mind!

Easy process from start to finish

Perfect way to see Jey West.

Best place to rent a cart from, very professional from the reservation to the return of the cart. All the carts I seen were very nice and modern. Very nice and helpful staff, next time I’m in Key West I will definitely get a cart from HydroThunder.
