Hot and fresh chicken

I ordered from KFC phokeng mall,using the kiosk,no one attended to my order,i waited for about 20 minutes after ordering without any assistance.

The service was fast and the cashier was so friendly

Honestly becoming the worst take away ever I can't actually not even count on my fingers how many times I got done in by kfc with not getting what I ordered

Please see that floors and everything else gets cleaned before business hours. It's bad to have established business hours but customers waits outside so they could finish cleaning after opening times. Not the first time this happens. It's not too much to pay that little extra for an hour earlier! KFC UP YOU'RE GAME PLEASE!

Please take computers away from the tills. Your customers want to walk into your establishment and see a smiling face. Even a grumpy face is more interesting than placing an order with a computer screen.

The service at Kempton gate kfc was good the sfuff was very friendly sethu was so kind as she was helping one of her challenge and also made me feel so welcome

Bad bad service at KFC BEACHFRONT SUMMERSTRAND. Bought Chicken at 21:17 only got my order at 21:55 without being of delays ir chicken in the oven. Poor service i will never buy from that facility again. Rubbish service unprofessional

Today I had the worse experience I'm thinking not to buy at kfc anymore because my chicken wasn't cooked well its roar and I am so sick on my stomach right now I called kfc and the guy told me how is it possible cause this is there first complaint I am very upset because I didn't pay for a meal that would make me feel sick I'm really disappointed

It was such a disgusting service that I was given in that KFC Drive Tru. We order Snack burger plus Streetwise Bucket for One and the Cashier lady at the first window had so much attitude to give and did not know how to address a CUSTOMER who’s card is declining BECAUSE OF HER mind you. She added a incorrect item and proceeded to behave like its my fault. Once I have paid for the order, i took the slip and went on to the next window to retrieve my order and GUESS WHAT not only the cashier was disrespectful but also the deliverer of the order in the second window. I was totally puzzled on why exactly were we getting so much attitude from kfc workers…IMAGINE. She acted like my order was wrong and only gave me part of my order yet i gave her a slip that stated whats needed to be in the bag. Shameful to think this is how KFC has came to be and i saw her name. It was Bongo, dark skinned , fat lady if i am meant to describe how she looked. Fix up KFC before you lose customers

We went to KFC Birch Acres mall with my wife, and went through the drive through. My wife wanted the toilet, and she went inside, whilst driving to the parking lot, I was called that she fell on the wet floor. And they just called twice and never checked up on us. She's still in pain from that day. I really hate the franchise with all of my heart.

Went to kfc the zone in Rosebank today 28/02/2026 worst service ever. It’s not the first time I experience this type of service at the same kfc but today deserved to be reported and reviewed.

First only 1 self service machine is working and there is a long line , I ask if we can order at the till now that there is no line and Mr Manzini says no cz it’s not cash sale. I finally placed my order the order took more than 20 minutes cz there is no meat and people before already waited for more than 40 minutes without being told there no meat. I asked for the manager and he comes it’s Mr Manzini the manager, I ask why we were not told before we place order that there is no meat then 1 can decide if they want to wait or not his response was “ if you order at the self service machine there is no way of telling me that the meat is not ready “I remind him that I am the one that asked to buy at the cashier due to line and he said no.He then points at the lady that is cleaning tables and it’s that ladies responsibility to let customers that order at the machine that meat is not ready. I tell him that this lady was upstairs cleaning tables how was he supposed to do that, he then dismisses me and say he is buy at the back working I told him as a manager he needs to take responsibility of what happens in his shop not shift blame to his employees. Funny enough there were other 2 customers that ordered at the cashier that were angry due to order delay and the fact that they were not told that there is no meat and I told him that also those customers were not told anything about the meat. To top it all after my order was finally out I was told that there is pap as I ordered street wise pap. I asked how is that possible after waiting for such a long time and I’m only told when order is coming out that they don’t have what I ordered. Mr Manzini said he can refund me the money now that I am not happy with my order the nerve of not apologising and acknowledging the fault and just offer my money back after wasting my time.
One customer same waiting for order the way the cashier answered the customer to an extent that customer lost it saying his time was wasted and it’s not the first time he experienced this at the same kfc .cashier disregarded the customer saying “how was she supposed to know if something is finished if the kitchen people did not tell her” customer ended up swearing to the cashier which is very wrong due to how staff answers customers things get out of hand .Due to absence, level of not caring from manager staff end up not caring about customers. Even though I said I will write the review manager did not care. Mr Manzini does not deserve to be the manager in that store at all how he lets the staff deal with complaints and hiding at the back is not acceptable.
