Waited for over a month with no mock up, no product and no communication. Had asked for a updates regularly and was told a mock up would be sent today, tomorrow, right now, with no email. Have asked for a refunded and have been ghosted. Disappointing.
Booked the one on one session. I went into the meeting with a list of questions and inquiries, and left with much more information than I expected. Kal took the time to guide me not only with technical concerns, but helped with strategies on boosting my laser business. Highly recommend. Worth every penny!
I was referred to this company and ordered a Custom QR Code display for my new business. I had requested a rush order so my display would be ready for our company grand opening party. KG Laser confirmed the order and advised an additional rush order fee would be applied. We agreed on the term and I paid in full. Two days before my company grand opening I contacted KG Laser regarding the status or my order and they advised they are going through hardship and my order is not ready but will be for the day of my grand opening. To this date there has been no contact from them. I have requested on several occasions to have my payment refunded, but there has been no response. Yet they continue to post and market their business on social media. Buyers Beware!
I ordered a custom clock with Roman numerals, the clock is absolutely beautiful. Kal does beautiful work.
