Our Chiropractor Karen Habershon has over 14 years experience in the Chiropractic field. She practices in Cranbrook, Devon, frequently helping people in Rockbeare, Broadclyst, West Hill, Ottery St Mary and the surroundings. She frequently treats a variety of injuries including, back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, arm pain, hip pain, knee pain, headaches, migraine prevention and more. Karen uses a variety of chiropractic techniques including diversified, chiropractic adjustments, spinal mobilisation, Activator, manual traction, fascial release techniques, active release techniques, trigger point therapy, post isometric relaxation (PIR), cranio-sacral treatment and so much more. This vast array of techniques allows her to select the most appropriate options for each patient, creating a personalised treatment plan. Karen has experience working with pregnant women and paediatrics. Helping expectant Mums move through their pregnancy as comfortably as possible. Treatment for both pregnant Mums and paediatrics is very different to treating a generic adult and treatment is tailored accordingly. She uses very light gentle techniques to ensure treatment is safe yet effective such as light soft tissue techniques and cranial techniques. She also has experience working with sports men and women. Her experience includes working with premiership footballers, rugby union and league players.
