Customer care is very uneducated and rude, i deposited 20000 but its not reflecting and they denying for money.
Khelraja is online scam , be careful while depositing money. They will take money and dont credit in wallet.
They are taking customer money which they eat . It should be ban . Lots of customer deposited money which is not reflecting in their app. Dont use this app

Deposit not credited and denying that amount not received
On 2nd date, I had deposited Rs 501 in my account and also paid on QR code from merchant page and the transaction was approved but the money did not come in my KhelRaja casino wallet. Then I gave a payment slip on the live chat. They said it would be deposited within half an hour. But today is 23rd, my money has not been deposited. And now they are saying that we have not received any money. But the money has gone to them only. I have checked the match all details again and have confirmed with the bank. The bank people have also said that the money of Rs 501 has gone to the right place. Please help. I verified my account by my own original documents but on 4th July i got e mail from khelraja casino and informed me that I have played froud type game play but sir I could not play any froud types game play and after that I contacted with khelraja coustomer and requested them again and again to refund my money. They informed me "the investigation is done and the decision is final and cannot be reverse". Now I am helpless . I have a great loan to my bank account for my father's treatment, please help me as I protect my family. Please help me.
