Kibo Pay has been a game changer for us. The customer service is amazing. I have spoken with Mike K on multiple occasions and he never disappoints. If you haven't already, I highly recommend changing your credit card processing system today

Crystal and the team at kibo pay have gone out of their way to help me through a few rough patches recently. Overall it has been great service and I am happy to not be paying all the fees. I love that I always get a real live person when I call, and a real life person that I can actually understand. We had some issues with the credit card processor charging weird, excessive fees, but those seem to be resolved. Customer service is excellent. Thank you!

Personnel are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The terminal is easy to use. Monthly fee is reasonable. I hope to save on credit card fees by switching to Kibo Pay.
