This is my review update.
Unfortunately, I canceled this service within 3 months.
Because Merchant Lynx deducted about $200 as an annual fee within 3 months. I talked with Lynx and he said I have to pay. I called another number to KIBO. They helped me a lot. In a month, I received a full refund from KIBO. Thank you very much for helping me. And also I received a monthly fee about $80 which I was deduced.

The system is good. There is no credit card fee for us when the customer used their card.

Maria the representative that works with me on KIBO is exactly what made my experience go so smoothly.

Shirley was knowledgeable and easy to work with. She answered all of my questions promptly.
Set up was a breeze. I presented my need to accept patients charges as well as insurance payments, and Kibo was able to program it without hassle.

Don't trust their ad.
They charged $198.99 on Nov. 3 before free three month trial. In their contract, there is nothing about this agreement.
I canceled within three months and returned credit card processing machine. They said they will credit $198.99 in a couple of weeks.
They still keep charging another $78.99 instead of credit on Dec 2, 2025.
They are the worst company which I have experienced before.

As of right we are enjoying the process have not had a lot of blow back for patients about the charges.

This is the 2nd company that I have worked for that I have switched over to using Kibo Pay and I could not be happier. Super easy to make the switch, the customer service is outstanding, and the money saved is a truly amazing. If I could give my gal Shirley 10 stars I would!

I was skeptical about switching to a new credit card processing company after being with the same company for 18 years. The other processor's rates continually increased until it was unsustainable. I am saving so much money using Kibo Pay. Kibo Pay's customer service is excellent. What a pleasure to be able to speak with a real person who is knowledgeable and helpful. Our representative, Maria, is always willing to answer any questions I have. She can be reached through email, phone call, or text directly - don't have to go through a ridiculous voicemail or A.I. system to get a human! It was easy to switch to Kibo Pay, and the flat rate per month is a couple hundred dollars less per month than what I was paying. Wish I had switched to Kibo Pay a long time ago.
