This company used to be amazing, in terms of responsiveness, freshness of products, and service. However, as it has gained popularity its quality of service and delivery have declined significantly and they stopped caring about its customers. The customer service is beyond abysmal. I flagged a very minor issue over six times and they have not resolved it, and instead I was given false promises of resolution within 24 hours but nothing has been resolved.
Be cautious with these Individuals, as they are known to be criminals. Absolutely disgusting how others are treating their employees. The quality of the food that they are providing is very low standard and full of salmonella
Their customer service is poor. You can share with them pictures of an item that wasn't delivered properly but they will still not care.
My deliveries at night are always towards the end of my slot and sometimes even after and the person casually tells me they have priority customers which is rubbish. Its just the route that they plan. Having complained many times I asked to be called by the manager who assured me better service next time only to be disappointed again. Seems like they have no concept of customer care and having seeing a 1.4 star from employees I have no hope. I will not be shopping at kibsons as a matter of principle neither do I believe anyone will be responding to my review based on what they've done to the previous ones.
charged 5000 dirhams for no reason , impossible to deal with
I tried this company for the first time, and it will definitely be the last. The product quality was very bad, and the cheese seemed off.
Been using Kipsons for a few year now, Quality of the products have been better than other retailers and the staff are very polite.
I’ve had a number poor customer service. Deliveries are often late, quality of items questionable at times. Recently purchased an item (no mention that it was due to expire within 3 days), wasn’t delivered until 11pm. I complained and they used every excuse possible - refused to take accountability and/or issue a refund. Will stick to Spinney’s and Carrefour
Placed an order at 11.30am on 2 hour delivery. Made several calls when it did not arrive however cancelled the order at approx 6.45pm and ordered a takeaway to feed my guests. Kibsons however having agreed to the cancellation and refund then delivered after 7pm and refuse to take the goods back or refund my payment. I will be sticking to Spinneys in the future.
We prepaid an order for delivery between 4.00 and 7.00.
At 7.50 no news, we called and were told, sorry we are late, driver might be with you in 20 minutes.
As we had commitments we had to cancel and asked for refund.
Cancellation accepted. Refund not directly to us but to Kibson Wallet. Not sure how to get it back as we don’t want to use Kibson again.
Not the first time we had delays and quality problems with fresh food.
