Don't buy from here. I placed and order and it didn't tell me there would be a delay until after I placed the order. Contacted customer service and they just sent an automated reply saying it would be shipped eventually.

Please don’t order from here! This company should be sued! They are liars that will steal your money and not send your items. Please report them to BBB!

Garbage company. They took my money quickly and has not answered emails or calls. Good thing I used Amazon Pay because they can help issue a refund.

They could improve in a multitude of ways and I would say they should take my advice if they want to keep their business. Stop doing preorders. Refund people their money instead of having a no refund policy(it just makes it seem like an absolute scam). Fix your vague bland customer service. Let international buyers use shopify instead of weird businesses like globalshopex. Make sure you ship out orders before letting more people buy!!!! I ordered 3 months ago, my order was not a preorder item and I have screenshots to prove it. Never got shipped out and now when I email they just claim it’s a preorder item when it was in stock at the time of my purchase. Not to mention their website is messed up and they took 600 extra dollars from me the first time I ever tried ordering even tho my order kept not going through. I’m fed up with this company I just want my money back. I’m not waiting 3 more months for an item that I ordered that wasn’t a preorder item at the time.

Took my money and never shipped. Order placed over a month ago. I've reached out over the last few weeks, still no response from them. After reading these reviews its obvious what's going on here.

Ordered an item in January. They later added that it wouldn't be available until the 2nd quarter. It's the middle of June and still no worried on when I'll get my purchase. Thieves.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You'd be better off burning your money because at least it would keep you warm for a few moments.I placed an order with Kid Robot almost 2 months ago and they haven't shipped anything. They will not give you a refund and they will just consistently make up some nonsense reason as to why they haven't shipped anything.

I love my item but the customer service was absolutely terrible. They mixed up my tracking number with someone else's, which I found out after having to contact the shipper myself since Kidrobot wouldn't answer my emails asking why my package was delivered ACROSS THE COUNTRY. I then asked Kidrobot if I could have the correct tracking number and after several days of silence they simply thanked me for informing them about the issue and closed the complaint. I inquired again for the correct tracking number as I was concerned I would actually never see the item (which I paid double for since it was a preorder). I did not receive the actual tracking number for WEEKS after, and by then the item had been in my possession for several days. Mind you, there is not a phone number easily found on the website to contact customer service so everything is also done over email.

I made back in Dec wasn't mailed out, and when I contacted them, I just kept getting excuse after excuse, from the pre-order item was pushed back, to there's a backup at the warehouse. I told the company I wanted a refund, and they told me there are no refunds, I just have to wait for my order, which would be released in the 3rd quarter of this year. I got ahold of PayPal, and disputed the purchase, and PayPal got ahold of this garbage company. It's amazing how as soon as PayPal got involved, my order was sent out overnight, and I received it today, pre-order item and all. Don't waste your time with this company, go somewhere else and be satisfied

Just don't. They take the money and don't ship the product. They don't answer emails when they do it is a canned response with no time line for shipping. I tried to cancel my order and they told me they couldn't

I sent two other reviews on here that are not posted about two orders I have with Kidrobot. They still have not sent pre orders even though they have been in stock, and one is in stock now. I suggest people do not buy from them until they start sending out items. I'm tired of excuse with warehouse changes, and items are not in stock yet can't send order. They should not be taking in more orders if people have not got the items they ordered all ready. It is not right for people to steal from companies, and companies should not be doing it either. Some people may have used stimulus money to get something nice for a loved one. Some of us are struggling in this so called pandemic, and it is not right to bank off of that.

This is my experience and opinion about kidrobot.com; They will steal your money and NEVER send your items. Waiting for 2 months now. I have purchased from this company for years and never had a problem, however in the past few months I have realized that I’m not alone and have seen others complain about similar shady practices. They take money, don’t ship, and REFUSE to refund or give any estimate of when they will. Then they have the audacity to report honest reviews to have them taken down. Sounds like their company is going under and they are trying to steal whatever money they can before they shut down and go bankrupt.

My previous review was deleted and I do not know why. This company WILL STEAL FROM YOU. I spent a lot of money on an order. It has now been over 40 days and the company will not cancel, they will not refund and they will not help. This used to be a trustworthy company, but now they don't ship ANY orders. I asked for them to provide a timeline of when the items would ship and they literally said, "I don't know" Don't buy from them. They will steal your money and lie to you.

Still waiting for a toy to ship from a 27 December 2020 order.

Ordered January 15th, it is now April 5th and still haven’t received my order. I was told one item was backordered and would ship the first quarter of the year. Since that has passed they have now told me they’ll ship the second quarter of the year. Not confident that they will ever ship or have any idea when to expect to ship backordered items. Paid ridiculous prices for their toys, and may never get them. They are an all sales final company, no refunds. They take your money and never ship.

DO NOT ORDER INTERNATIONALLY...

Their delivery time frames are astronomical. They send your order to another company so they don't have to deal with you and you'll be lucky if you see your order before two months is up. Still haven't received my order which I placed on the 1st November. (Currently 11th December).

Have ordered from many other places in America after the 1st and have received all of them. So no excuse.

Will not be spending any more of my money there.

Awful. USA based company that have an inability to process international orders efficiently. The account I created disappeared and they fobbed me off to their global shipping partner! 50/50 if I get my order. My advice - don’t buy from this company find a uk supplier.

Min datter bestilte noget fra Kidrobot, og betalingen blev straks trukket.
Leverancen sker via DHL, som stiller pakken udenfor hendes dør, i stueteagen hvor alle kan se den (siger de).
Da min datter kommer hjem er pakken væk.
Tods gentagne henvendelser og forklaringer er kidrobots kunde'service's svar det samme, at deres track and trace viser at pakken er leveret.
Der er ikke signeret for pakken - min datter var jo ikke hjemme. Men vi kan ikke få dem til at bekræfte (eller rettere afkræfte) at de har en signatur. De svarer blot som en papegøge det samme hver gang.
Man kan naturligvis ikke ringe til dem, og hvor de hører hjemme er meget uklart.
