Very satisfied. They went above and beyond to support us with buying a bike trailer. They sorted out some challenges that we faced in the buying process, and ensured that we are ultimately happy and able to hit the road when we needed to. Great customer service, in short.
And also a good business to support - you can not only buy brand new, but also rent (or try-before-you-buy) equipment, or buy used items.

Great idea to hire a trailer for a festival. The trailer arrived in good time (we had a 7 day hire as the festival was over 4 days) and it looked brand new when we took it out of the box. It came with clear instructions for assembly and care, along with the return instructions. Would highly recommend.

I hired 2 Osprey backpack child carriers for a family visit from USA . Both carriers were spotless on arrival and appeared brand new. Would definitely use again.
One small point though is they communication following return could be improved with a notification that they had arrived back after collection would have been appreciated .

What a great company. Communication was easy and quick. Trailer arrived on time with instructions and in excellent condition. The whole process from ordering to returning was simple and reliable. We used the bike trailer (with jogger wheel) for Glastonbury Festival and will definitely be using this service again if we are lucky enough to get tickets next year. 👍🏻
