Kidsbiketrailers Reviews

The ordering process is easy and straightforward, and the item arrived quickly. In addition, they were one of the few companies carrying the kit.

Quick dispatch of the item. I received several updates for the progress of the order. Good prices. I would buy again

I can't recommend this service enough. Great product, swift delivery and collection, and very clear communication throughout. Will definitely use the team again.

Fantastic service, quick delivery and amazing product. Sarah the owner was very helpful and so lovely. Thank you we had a lush adventure

This is an amazing service! We rented a running stoller for 5 weeks while we were in the UK. The stoller was excellent and the service pick up and drop off was fantastic. Highly recommend. We'll use them again next time.

Swift delivery and excellent service. The trailer I wanted to hire wasn't available but a better one was offered at the same price. Very helpful staff.

Top notch service. Navigating their site is pretty easy too. Email updates received regarding my order.
Really good!

Great communication, very straightforward hire and purchase, great that you can try before you buy, and lots of flexibility option to extend hire or return or purchase at discounted price.

I actually received the wrong item but the customer service from Sarah to sort it out was second to none.

Brought a pre loved Burley Encore X, the condition was fantastic and you honestly couldn't tell that it's second hand. The customer service was fantastic and couldn't of been more helpful.

Absolutely amazing service!

Sarah has been so helpful throughout. Thank you once again! We will definitely be purchasing through Kids Bike Trailers again.

Amazing price for the product, very quick delivery and packaged well. Would highly recommend and will use again, thank you

Can’t fault Sarah and her team for everything they did to help us with first the hire and then purchase of our trailer and extra bits.

Never pushy always helpful and having the option to try before buying an expensive item like a kid’s bike trailer - which they might not like - is invaluable.

Recommending to all my pals!

Bought a pre-loved Burley D-Lite trailer from Sarah and the folk at Kids Bike Trailers. In great nick; great service. All good.

Staff are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and hire. Delivery is fast and reliable. Would recommend to family . Quality products.

Great prompt service on order and delivery of a preloved kids’ Burley bike trailer. The trailer is in superb condition and we’re enjoying it very much!

So helpful in explaining best trailer for us and the best options that we had.
So nice on the phone and really easy process.

Really quick and efficient delivery. Excellent tagalong.

Brilliant personalised service. I was able to hire a top-end trailer, that I used for jogging that otherwise wouldn't have been possible to do. Highly recommend.
