Kidsbiketrailers Reviews

We hired the Out 'n' About Nipper Sport to take to Glastonbury festival. It worked really well, handled the bumps no problem which made getting around easy. We also hired the UV Cover and warm cover and used them together to make a cosy dark space for naps. We had an issue with delivery but it was dealt with really quickly and efficiently and the return worked perfectly.

Very friendly staff, very caring and understanding of your needs! I recommend to everyone!

Great idea, fast delivery, really pleased

I absolutely enjoyed using this platform. I can't express how useful this trailer has been during these two months. Kudos to the team for coming up with such an innovative idea. A million gratitude to the wonderful support team for making the experience hassle-free. This was exactly what I was looking for! Thanks once again. Keep rocking!

Brilliant concept and customer service to match. Highly recommend

We hired a kid's trailer bike and a front mounted child seat for our own bikes. The equipment was in excellent condition, and easy to fit together. Luckily we had several bikes of our own to see which would be the best fit, as the first one we tried the front mounting seat on wouldn't work - but this wasn't an issue.
Customer service was great - we managed to get the equipment sent to us at short notice, it was easy to extend the hire period and similarly easy to organise return of the items.
We will be using Kid's Bike Trailers again, for their quality equipment and great value.

Were sold out of the part we originally ordered but were really helpful in getting a replacement part without any delay in delivery. Very quick and efficient customer service.

Great company and customer service was excellent! Thank you

They had what I wanted. Price very reasonable and it arrived promptly

Bit of a mix up with my order and I was initially sent a part that didn’t work on my trailer.
Sarah at kids bike trailers was excellent right from first contact. An exchange was suggested and was implemented within a couple of days.
Great customer service, friendly and efficient.

Rented a wee ride front seat for my toddler for a recent holiday. We were travelling from Ireland and it made our holiday to be able to cycle around with our toddler instead of relying on buses and taxis. Communication from the company was excellent and the seat was brand new. Cannot recommend more!

Great company and great product we hired for 2 weeks. Sarah really helpful and always on hand with any queries. Would definitely recommend to all. 5 stars.

Best hire experience, from the start they helped with delivery going above and beyond! Sent the best product with all accessories and instructions all neatly packed in the box. I then asked for a change of collection address and was sent collection details.

Brilliant service and thank you very much I shall be in touch again!

Excellent range of trailers, great customer service, trailer in top condition and easy delivery and return

This is an excellent product, needs space to store as putting up and down takes time. But worth the effort.

I hired the Burley Encore after being advised that would be the best option for my needs. I was so pleased with the service and found everything timely and helpful. The trailer/jogger itself was also great so I ended up buying it.

First class customer service, first class quality of trailer, very reasonable price when you consider what you are getting. Will definitely use again. Lovely personal touch to it all too.

Super happy with the service. Very easy. Personalised. Highly recommend.
