I purchased a dress for my daughter. Since we're not feeling safe going out to buy her dress, we opt to have them delivered at home. I was happy with the quality of the dress but the delivery was later. I think they can do better in handling their customers by making sure we get informed about late delivery. Thank you. Will still order again.

Great customer service!! Got our package on a timely manner. They got gorgeous items.

Placed my on July 7th but order still has not arrived yet. Left messages to the voicemail, sent multiple email messages but still no response.

Order an outfit for my son 10 days ago and paid for 3 days shipping. Still haven't received the item. I've been trying to get someone on the phone with no luck. Called multiple times and can't get a person to answer. Have also sent emails. They charge my card right away and now I don't know if I will ever get the item. Very unsatisfied. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I purchased a pair of shoes for my daughter to wear to a tea party on a Friday. After wearing them for 3 hours on a Saturday in a hotel the embellishments practically disintegrated. Monday I brought them back to the store and they would not refund me because they had been worn. She offered a replacement pair and they had just one shoe in stock in my daughters size. I asked if we could at least exchange for headbands as I didn't want another pair of poorly made shoes but was told the owner said only shoes. The one pair they had was less expensive than those I purchased but they treated it as a straight exchange so I lost money as well as being forced to take shoes we didn't want or need. I will not be returning to this business in the future. I'll gladly pay more at Nordstrom for better customer service.

My friend is getting married and my daughter is one of her flower girls. She found her dress online. It was easy to order, arrived quickly and was packaged well. The dress fit perfectly.

Staff online and in store were very accommodating. Shipping was extremely fast & they were quick to replace when wrong size was ordered. Replacement dress came damaged and due to time constraints was returned to the store and time did not allow for ordering new one. Still waiting for refund to Paypal since 1st weekend of July.

I had no problems with ordering and receiving and even the return for a bigger size. The only downfall is the requirement for returns. I was nervous not knowing if I had everything and how to return. To many steps. Ticket number packing slip original order ect.

I would definitely recommend Kids Formal, I have been looking everywhere for suits for my boys and had no luck finding what I wanted. They had a great selection of cuts and colors and the lady at the shop was very friendly and accommodating. Great service, and choice of clothes. Would be returning here always. Thanks

This outfit was just what we were looking for. The only thing I didn't like were there was no tags or cleaning instructions included. It also is low cut coat so we had to put a pretty shirt under to fill the no boob gap of an eleven year old.

My experience with Kids Formal was very good. I order a suit for my almost 3 year old son for a wedding that he was in. The suit I originally ordered was discontinued so they provided me another suit that was more expensive but did not charge me the difference. That was excellent customer service. The suit was adorable. He received so many compliments. The bride was very happy with it. My only complaint was that I ordered a size 4. The jacket, short and vest fit perfectly. The pants, however, were extremely long. Was not proportionate at all. I had to take them to the tailor which cost more money. But that is minor complaint compared to everything else. I highly recommend Kids Formal.

Costumer service was terrific! They exchanged shirts for a different one and let us keep the tie and hankie that came with the first shirt. They wanted to make sure we were happy.

I ordered a toddler boy's suit for my grandson who was in my daughter's wedding. The suit arrived on time and the quality of the fabric was great. I have no regrets and I would recommend Kids Formal to anyone!

I was happy to find this site and I really liked the gowns. I would've liked to to know that I would need to purchase a poofy slip to go under the gown when I was ordering since time was an issue. The dress was beautiful and well put together. The stripe pattern on the skirt was not straight diagonal lines as had been showed in the picture, rather more like "L" shaped lines but it looked fine. The elastic was also showing in the back of the gown at the top of the bodice, I was able to cover it with her hair though. Over all the dress was gorgeous and she actually won "best formal gown" in the local community pageant she was in. I would recommend this site to others!

I just love the detail in the girls embroidered flower girl dress. The boys suit was also a perfect fit and excellent quality.

I would highly recommend kids formal and would purchase from them again!

I was very pleased with the quality of the suit I ordered for my son. It looked great while he was walking down the aisle as a ring bearer, even after about an hour of shenanigans between getting him dressed and the ceremony starting. The online sizing guide was accurate and easy to use. The product arrived quickly. Thank you!
