Incredible customer service, going to be so sad to see them go. Issue with the order was resolved same day, no issues and replacement sent out. Amazing people

My goto Board game site.
Used Kienda a couple of times recently, direct and they also do kickstarter fulfilments. They are my go to site now as the Customer Service and Delivery is spot on. For me these days I look for customer service as the reason I go back to a site - I had a small problem and they resolved within the day. Brilliant 5 Stars. 👍👍👍👍👍

As others below me have said
As others below me have said, this is the go-to store for board games.
Fantastic support; Games arrive is mint condtion - You can tell they care about what they do! and generally the cheapest place to buy your desired game.
This is a gem of a store: buy; relax; enjoy.
PS; Special mention for "Mark". Thank you Mark!

KIENDA DESERVE their 5 STAR RATING!
KIENDA prices are very competitive. Their website works well & they answer queries online. They dispatch very promptly & keep customers informed of progress with their order. They also offer DPD as a Courier who - in my experience - are CONSISTENTLY THE MOST HONEST, EFFICIENT & RELIABLE COURIERS on the road. ALL OF THAT merits 5 STARS! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really good thank you
Really good thank you! My order also came with a mouse mat which had a card sleeve size guide. What an awesome idea! Now I can always check what size sleeves I will need for all my cards.
The product I ordered was exactly what I was looking for and it arrived in perfect condition. I was also very impressed with the customer service. I had a question about the product and I received a reply within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
