No Customsr Service or Support. I purchased my cap, the most expensive one they sell, during Black Friday sale 2025. I’ve been using it daily since purchasing for 4-1/2 months now. The cap seems to not be working. My hair loss is actually getting worse.

I have tried calling Kieirr. They do not answer the phone. Selecting “customer support” directs you to an automated recording telling you to try submitting a chat on the website or submitting a ticket.

Chat is not an option on the current website. It doesn’t exist. There is no chat function.

There is also no option to submit a ticket for support on the website.

There is a form to send an email. I sent an email to the email address listed on their website a week ago describing my situation and have not received any response from Kiierr. I have also completed the email form on their website with no response.

Very disappointed in this experience. For so much money I expected some results and a fantastic Customer Experience and Support. I am getting neither of these.

Be wary.

Customer service continues to be amazing. I lost my charger and customer service agent went through everything step by step even when this boomer could have driven anyone in tech crazy.

Great customer support. I received answers to my (shipping) questions almost instantly. Kiierr was able to change delivery times to ensure that I was home to receive my nifty laser cap.

I'm just starting my treatment journey, but I wanted to review the pre-purchase and unboxing experience here because it's been genuinely impressive.

The website is one of the better ones I've encountered for a considered purchase like this. The comparison between models is clear, the science is explained without being dumbed down, and I left feeling like I actually understood what I was buying and why the 302 MD Ultra was the right call for my goals. No guesswork, no vague marketing fluff.

Email support was equally strong. Responsive, knowledgeable, and they treated me like someone capable of handling real information rather than a liability to be managed with boilerplate. That matters when you're spending serious money on something like this.

The unboxing experience was legitimately thoughtful. Well-organized, professional presentation, everything clearly labeled and logically sequenced. It felt like a premium product before I even powered it on.

If the product delivers like the customer experience has, and I believe it will, I'll absolutely continue to be a fan.

Kiierr is very responsive with any customer service issues and I've really been helped with their red light hat. Definitely would recommend.

Update: they claim delivery conveniently today (lie) but provide no tracking and won't respond to my credit card company and the credit card company is giving a full refund based on fraud. This company is a total scam. Beyond dishonest. *I ordered this product and paid $1200 and they have never delivered the product. They will not return my calls, my emails and their customer service chat is always down.I've had to file a complaint for a full refund with my credit card company.

Had a battery pack that wouldn’t charge anymore. Reached out and got a reply same day that they were sending me a new one. Excellent customer service.

Trusting my belief in red light therapy to reignite my hair follicles. 5 weeks in and 6 minutes a day is a breeze. The Flex Cap is comfortable and fits well. Very optimistic about successful results moving forward and Steven at Kiierr Team has been incredibly helpful in the process.

After using the red light cap for a couple of years and loving that, I also used the DHT blocking shampoo and conditioner and have recently tried their new hair dye shampoo. It’s been great so far! I find it much better than constantly dying my roots and it’s a more natural and subtle look that the skunk line I used to have. Kiierr has great customer service and I’m super happy with all the products I’ve tried!

A few months ago I was losing frontal hair rapidly. Now it appears that new growth has started. The cap is also easy to use and comfortable!

I have been happily using the Kiierr Laser Cap for a number of years. My problem area, which is my temple has filled in quite well. It’s so easy to incorporate as my morning ritual along with my coffee. I find their customer service is very helpful and very quick at addressing any questions. I highly recommend the product and the company.

It is very easy to use but I cannot say I've noticed a difference. It may be that it has help halt my hair loss, but, after nearly 6 months of daily use, I do not see any meaningful increase in hair count or thickness. Also, it does not sit on your head as naturally as many of the pictures show.

I did a fair amount of research before purchasing a laser hat. Kiierr is right at the top. Ordering was easy and delivery quick. I've reached out by e-mail two times with questions and received next day responses both times. Product is working as expected so far.

I have been using the hat for 3+ years and have been pleased with the results. The customer service is top notch. Would for sure, and have, recommend.

I purchased a Kiierr laser helmet in July 2025, one of the reason was because of the money back Growth Guarantee, advertised in big bold letters on their website.

After about 4 months of using the helmet consistently as instructed I was very concerned because I saw ZERO improvement.   I reached out to customer service I asked them if I could return the helmet. I communicated with Steven,the Department Manager. In that conversation, I told Steven when I purchased the helmet, and he told me I had to wait at least 7 months before returning the product. Then he gave me the instructions to register the device, which I did immediately. This is all documented in the emails.

I followed that instruction and kept using the device for 4 more months. After 8 months of using it not only had I still seen no regrowth whatsoever, but the bald patch on my crown had widened.

When I contacted Kiierr again after 8 months to return the helmet, Kiierr refused the return! They said the reason was because I had registered the device too late.
So to be clear: their own support manager told me to register the product months later, I followed those instructions in good faith, and then the company denied the refund based on the timing of the registration.

I responded providing the full email correspondence showing exactly what happened, including the instruction from their support manager Steven to register the helmet. And after that, they went silent! They stopped responding to any emails. Why would they go silent? Obviously they know they're in the wrong.

I bought this product with the understanding that if it did not work after the required usage period, I would be able to return it. Instead, after seeing zero improvement, and after the bald area on my crown had got worse, I was denied because of a registration issue that I addressed exactly when their own support team told me to.

I regret buying a cheaply made product from these dishonest people, there are better companies out there, I got a different helmet from another company and I'm much happier and already seeing better results.

Edit: Kiierr tried to take down this review! That tells you everything you need to know. They flagged it as defamatory, Trustpilot had a look at it and found no defamation whatsoever. Now that the review is up they made a reply coming up with all sorts of excuses! "We were willing to do this.. and do that..". All lies. Again, there are better companies out there with better products and customer service!

I purchased the Kiierr red light cap (302 diodes) hoping it would help with my thinning hair. I am a woman in my mid-fifties and used the cap consistently for about 7 months exactly as instructed.
Unfortunately, I did not see noticeable improvement in hair growth or thickness during that time. The cap itself is comfortable and easy to use, but it did not provide the results I was hoping for.
Customer service did reply to emails promptly, which I appreciated. However, when I contacted them about returning the device because it wasn’t working for me, it was very difficult to change their position. The conversation often shifted toward encouraging me to upgrade to a more expensive model instead.
Also be careful to read the details of the 7-mpnth growth guarantee. It requires strict documentation, including photos before starting, monthly photos with time stamps, and final after photos.
Now I am stuck with an almost $600 device that, at least for me, I cannot use to achieve the results it promises. It may work for some people but after seven months of consistent use I personally did not see meaningful results.
