I ordered the 3 for $50 promo on September 20 and didn’t receive any updates for weeks. I only got a response after I threatened to file a dispute. Turns out, the items I ordered weren’t even available, and I had to pick replacements instead. The shipping has been painfully slow, and customer service is almost impossible to reach — it took multiple emails just to get a basic update. Based on other reviews, I doubt the quality will even be good once (or if) my order arrives. Overall, this has been a really disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t order from them again.

I tried this site from my Instagram! It's been more than a week, and they still haven't ship my ordered! I contact them, and they didn't have stock for the prescription I ordered, I said ok, I sent them a lot of possibilities to choose and till today they still haven't sent my order. I won't reorder from them.

This company steals. You will receive an incorrect order (damaged or missing items) and no customer service to rectify it. I was charged for items I never received. I paid for 2 items, but was only sent 1, even though both items were listed on my receipt. I reached out several times via the website and email. I received no response at all. They also blocked me on their fb page when I tried to reach customer service there.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The product come from China. It took a month to arrive to Melbourne. Once I received and want to wear contact lens they were sticky and can’t see clearly. Very bad quality and I’m so disappointed.

It took a month to arrive. The company gave Zero response for every email nor message nor comment. The lense is beautiful but only last a week of use. I purchase a Half Yearly lense (38%) and it cause red eyes in me. It's been a week the redness doesn't get any better. Never happened before with my 20 years of wearing lense.

WHERE IS MY COMMANDE ?!!!I placed an order more than a week ago and I received a message telling me we will refund your order has been canceled. waiting for a refund and the misunderstanding I receive again a msg to tell me that there has never been an order I will file a complaint against them!!!!!!!

TERRIBLE.
I ordered 1 pair of yearly contacts.
I waited over 3 weeks for my package and it had entirely different products. I was sent multiple boxes of different styles of contacts in a different prescription strength than when I need.
I tried contacting customer service and they won't give me a refund. They said that the package was delivered and to look for it. I even sent them a photo of the incorrect items I got in the package.
DO NOT ORDER. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Order took nearly a month to ship out. I was so excited when it came because the packaging was cute. Unfortunately, some of the contacts were very bad quality. The solution that it was soaking in was warm. Some were extremely scratched up when you held it up to a light. Couldn’t even keep them in my eyes for more than 3 seconds because of how much they burnt. Never had this experience with any other contacts. Otherwise, some lenses are comfortable and it feels like you’re not wearing them. It’s a gamble

Amazing, if you order in Oct, Nov, Dec obviously shipping is going to be slower due to the endless different holidays and black friday. But the shipping timing wasn't too bad. It came all in one piece because it was in good protective packaging (mind you it snows in Canada!!!), high quality and cute holiday bonuses. I also noticed they have prompt responses when you have questions about your items. So nothing to complain about. It's cheaper than Olens. And you don't need to order an insane amount for free shipping. I think this might be my new fav website to order from.

Son unos estafadores. Scammers . Me cobraron un pedido y no tenían stocks me dijeron que me devolverían el dinero y que tardaría un mes. Les envié varios mails preguntando por mi dinero y nunca recibí el reembolso. Mucho cuidado estamos totalmente desprotegidos con estas empresas. Don't buy they are scammers
