Not only can I look at chocolate in the face after only a couple of days. I have started to lose weight too. I can look at chocolate in the face and say bye bye , do one. Don't need you any more. Thank you Krillavanilla you are the best.You deserve a medal.

I have no will power where sugary foods are concerned so in desperation I decided to give Killa Vanilla a try.
I was amazed at how easy it is to use and after only a couple of days I found my cravings had decreased!!
I had a short break when I had Covid ( no sense of smell) but back on it now to continue the good work !!

This really works for me. As soon as I'm tempted or looking for something sweet, I use my killavanilla stick. Cravings are easier to conquer with killavanilla

Sugar is a bit of a problem for me. My office and my wife get through the day on caffeine. I can’t do that and have always used chocolate / biscuits / hot chocolate / doughnuts instead. Elevenses and straight after lunch are my worst times. I never got anywhere in cutting back before killa vanilla. And It’s been a journey. But I’ve tapered, and that’s made a big difference - more steady at work, starting to shift stubborn weight, better skin, sleep better. And it’s also got me believing that I could cut right down and that’s my mission now. Using KV I managed *zero* sweet treats last week. And the impact is fast. On day 5 even ketchup tasted far too sweet. So happy. Updates soon.

It's really helped me with my sugar cravings, I've stopped binge snaking at night on sweet treats and can genuinely say I can now have a couple of biscuits and not the whole pack! It did take a while to get into the habit of using it.

For someone who previously couldn't go a day without cakes, I've managed to limit myself to it once or maybe twice per week.

Initially I was skeptical, but I read into the science behind the process and was convinced to give it a try. It works incredibly, and really made it a lot easier to manage and resist my cravings. With Killavanilla I genuinely can eat a couple of biscuits and not the whole pack. I've been unable to manage to hold off on the sugar longer term, but that's largely due to a wave of constant stress this year which has put all my self-care activites on the backburner. I just need to get back to using it with a positive mindset and the want to change, as that's the key!
