My fiery HD 400 has shot less than 20 bolts. It exploded and I have tried multiple times to reach the company and no one will respond. Now im out 300.00 plus tax and could've been seriously injured.

Going in for the 4th set of limbs.. have never had a set of limbs make it past 20 shots.. have barnetts and Ravens and ten points with no issue but these things are cheap garbage and company knows the limbs are trash. Bone collector model

I fired 5 shots with the crossbow, using KI bolts and the crank cocker. On the 6th shot, the string broke. I am not a newbie - I've had crossbows for 25 years. This is my 5th bow. I wanted a narrow, easy to handle bow. I'm hoping service will be good.

I recently purchased a Killer Instinct HD 415 crossbow from Dunham’s Sports. I was able to get a beginner’s package on sale that was quite impressive and did not break the bank. The crossbow needed some assembly. And if I can do it anyone can! The box also contained three bolts (arrows), a hand crank cocking rope, rail lube, and an illuminated scope. After assembling the crossbow, was able to shoot a 4 inch grouping at 35 yards and my 12 year old son shot about the same. The cheap bolts I bought for practice were far less accurate than the three that came in the package. The issue I had with the package is the weight of the crossbow. It does not come with a sling or a case to carry it in. The mounts for sling are attached to the stock. so a sling can be attached without any fuss. Overall, this is a fun and economical way to go if you, or somebody you love, wants to get involved with archery.

Don't trust there warranty. If you do not register it within 60 days they will not stand behind their product. Crossbow was used very little and the frame crack that's made out of plastic. Spend a little more money and go with a better brand that will stand behind their goods.
