I’ve had a really positive experience with this energy company, especially thanks to **Shivam**. He has been incredibly supportive and always willing to help.
Shivam personally visited the site, looked into an overcharge issue and also investigated a water leakage problem. He worked directly with the supplier and made sure the issues were resolved properly. He is also always available on the phone whenever I need to contact him, which makes a huge difference.
I would definitely recommend this company, especially to anyone in **Derby** who is looking for a reliable and genuinely local energy provider. Having someone like Shivam who is responsive, helpful and takes responsibility makes the whole experience much easier.
