Order took 2-3 weeks just to process, took another week for it to be shipped, only for the tracking number to not exist. Currently have no idea where my product is and it has been a month.

Although a lot feedback about not much feeling is because lubricant type they use is important. Go for water and a bit sticky type.

It took almost 1 month just to process and dispatch my order, fortunately, my place is near Japan so the time to my country is quite early if not sure 2-3 months I will receive my order.
Consider your time before ordering.

I have a pre order that seems like it should have released by now, I've sent several messages and emails asking about it but I get no response. At this point I would rather have a refund than my pre order.

The store sent the figurine 10 days after the order was placed and paid for, and warned about possible delays in delivery. It took exactly one month.
Total - 40 days of waiting.
The packaging was sufficient, the product was received without damage.

When shipping issues occured after purchase kimochiishop contacted me with a solution and solved problems quickly. Item was packed discretely. Customer service is 10/10.

Pour ma part ces ma première livraison a longue distance et j'ai beaucoup été attiré par la livraison EMS qui promet une livraison en 3 a 4 jours

Sauf qu'il faut prendre en compte que c'est la livraison EMS uniquement qui est en 3 a 4 jours et pas le reste des trajet pour arriver jusqu’à chez vous

pour ma part j'ai commander le 14 janvier et j'ai recu ma livraison le 8 février comme vous pouvez le voir c'est assez long

Je ne sais pas si il y a eu des complication autre que le covid-19

Le support étais peut être bon il y a 1 ans mais aujourd'hui je dirais moyen
Je ne sais pas j'ai peut être été désagréable vue que j'avais jamais d'information a temps (je n'est jamais insulté bien évidement) j'ai utiliser des mots comme ''honteux'' (bah oui quand on sais pas mais que en plus 3 a 4 jours ce transforme en 25 jours ça peu stresser ou enervé voir faire peur)
ils répondent a vos message c'est sur a 100 % mais 1 fois par semaine et vous donne le code de suivi mais il ne marchera pas dans l'immédiat pour ma par sa a pris 1 semaine

Pour ce qui est de la qualité c'est super bien emballé et très discret et les prix sont sympa

J'ai eu tout ce que voulais ça a juste été plus long que prévue

Pro:
- Product pricing is okay, better than other competitors.
- Sometimes they are the first to have new items for sale, compared to other competitors.

Cons:
- Half of the item that they are selling is usually out of stock but says it's still available, they need to update it so customers won't mistakenly purchase the product that is out of stock and cause a longer wait time.
- Not so great customer service. They take forever to respond to emails.
- The website messaging system is not that great too, you have to navigate to your order history, click detail, and there will be a messages box you can type most of the time it's gonna be complaints and problems.
- When I communicate through their website messaging system, they also take too long to respond, to the point where it feels like they are ignoring me.
- Missing picture on their website. For example, if you click the 'Pillow Cover' category, there will be 5 types of pillow covers. One of them has a missing picture. (As of January 2023)

Personally, the price of items they are selling is alright or even good. I would love to do business with them again but their customer service is not good. I bought some pillow covers and after the purchase, they message me saying that they don't have some of the pillow covers in stock when their website says it's in stock. I asked them to just give me the one that's in stock and adjust the price since I'm only purchasing the one that's available. They adjusted the price but took forever to send out the package, a couple of days later the package is finally sent off to me. About 2 weeks passed by and still no package. I contacted them asking where is my package. They said they will contact their local post office and will get an answer by tomorrow. Its been 3 days and I asked for an update, they responded by saying they sent a message 3 days ago about the post office finding my package and updating the tracking. One, there was no message sent to me about my package being found 3 days ago. Two, I check the tracking and it looks like it's still in Japan, I live oversea.

Would I shop with them again? No, unless they can fix their problem then maybe

Fairly good adult toy shop. products are cheap, and even with shipping costs its still usually a better deal than otonajp, toydemon, kanojotoys, ect. although it usually takes over a week just for your order to process and get shipped off. shipping is mostly discreet, theres nothing obvious on the box that gives it away, but you can see the senders name as "kimochiishop" on the package label, as well as the bill on your credit statement, so that could be better. you have the option to remove packaging when ordering (always a good option to have when buying onaholes) but keep in mind if youre shipping with DHL they might force you to pay a sneaky extra fee for "customs clearance" or whatever after it gets shipped. so keep that in mind

Ordered from Kimochii twice now and have been very satisfied. Great selection of products, but most importantly the customer support is incredible.

The website is fine just wish you could put different payments options other than just PayPal like Googlepay n etc or just let me put my pay info down

Nice place, some onaholes that I was searched they don´t have them but the shipping and package was good. I will buy again in Kimochiishop

Ordered from Kimochii twice now and have been very satisfied both times. The items were stored in safe manner with plenty of padding in the box to ensure no items were damaged. With a large selection of goods with quick processing and shipping, I can easily recommend them.

Products are a lot cheaper at Kimochiishop than Otonajp and Kanojotoys! Their customer service is also excellent!

Everything went smoothly, there were no problems and the shipment itself was delivered the day before the estimated delivery time
